Thank you to Cherlin, Sonny and the entire staff at the Jacksonville Beach (North Florida) Mavis! Recently I had my Cadillac Escalade towed to the Jacksonville Beach Mavis location due to extensive damaged caused by a Tire Kingdom, located in South Florida.
The entire staff was receptive to my extremely unusual issue. They immediately had their mechanic under my vehicle to assess and fix the damage. However, due to the nature of the damage, it wasn’t obtainable.
Cherlin took a picture with her personal cell phone, texted them to me, and thoroughly explained the issue. Cherlin and Sonny, (who was on vacation) took the initiative to facilitate and remediate the issue with the South Florida, Tire Kingdom.
My vehicle is now at the Cadillac Dealership getting properly repaired.

Just picked up my car from Mavis in Jax…
Just picked up my car from Mavis in Jax Beach. I had a screw in the left rear tire. Didn’t expect to pay for the repair since we bought the tires there, but what surprised me was that they replaced two leaking valve stems on two other tires at no charge! They understand customer service and I will continue to give them my business! I am a Mavis fan!
