Incompetent and unprofessional
The Hamilton Square, NJ location is incompetent and unprofessional. Save yourself the stress and go ANYwhere else. On two separate occasions, I have had to return to the store because someone did something stupid and dangerous. Most recently, I got a call about half an hour after leaving with new brake pads to be asked to "Please come back right away," because "We forgot to put one of the bolts back on, but it's probably safe." The worst.
