They took over two hours for a tire rotation. The young gentleman at the desk told me that it would only be about 30 to 45min. I believed it because they didn’t seem busy. I walked around the building and they didn’t have many cars in the bay. As I waited I talked to another customer and had shown up at 11:30am and it was already 2pm and he was just coming in for an oil change and to fix his tire because it had a nail. He ended up leaving around 2:30. I went back outside and my truck was just sitting there. I figured they were done. I went to the front desk guy and told him I would like my truck back. He had someone pull it up and my tires were not air to the proper tire pressure. There was also another man that showed up and he was having to instruct the tech guy on how to put his tire back in his rim because they were having a hard time doing it. It seems like the team lacks experience and transparent communication.
