Needed new tire. Took out road hazard insurance this time!

I stopped by this morning due to a coolant leak on my Audi A5 Sportback. I purchased the new part from Audi but was not able to replace it as told. Jay was able to replace it for me and showed me why it was leaking. Another part is needed so I will be back shortly to have it done.

Overall if you need quality work done this is your place to go!!!

Jay, at the Broadheadsville, PA Mavis fixed a tire that others could not. It was so frustrating that every two days I would have to refill the tire. Jay was working at the fourth tire repair I sought help. I was to go on vacation for a week and feared returning from my flight to find a flat tire. I was elated to find the pressure as I left it. I wanted to take a minute to write this review and thank Jay, and Mavis, for their craft.

Last week I had a horrible experience at the old Jack Williams (now Mavis) in Brodheadsville. I waisted my morning waiting to get serviced there and didn’t get the work done to my car. I called the corporate office to file a complaint. Later that afternoon I got a call from Mavis right down the road on 209. Jay was extremely understanding of my frustration and wanted to make things right for me. He wanted to show the customer service Mavis should provide. Long story short, he convinced me to drop by his store and get the work done that I needed. Reluctantly, I did just that. I’m glad I did. He was professional, courteous and did what he promised. He saved the day for Mavis. If you ever need work done to your car, I recommend the original Mavis in Brodheadsville - Jay is awesome!

Stopped in because my Tire pressure light kept going on. I was an hour from home and concerned because it went on again. They were so friendly and not only put air in my tires but went the extra-mile and found a nail in one if my tires. It was repaired and I was on my way. Jay was so friendly and I was so grateful for his kind help.

I was very happy with the service this morning. It was quick and efficient.

I was greeted by a young man named Day Day in the parking lot. I had my hood up and it was before opening time around 8:50. He asked me if I needed help because i was trying to fix my turn signal light and I took the wrong light out and couldn't get it back in. He fixed it in 1 minute and went inside. He then fixed my turn signal in 10 minutes. You are very Fortunate to have that young man. Day Day, working for you. He is an asset to your organization.
