Terrible
After they damaged my work van during inspection, they refused to pay for my rental van after I was told they will. Now I have to get a lawyer and get my money back!!! This is a terrible business ethic! Do not go to Mavis !!!

The guys are great and sweet
The guys are great and sweet. They do try their hardest to make sure you understand and help you out and not rip you off. I was a little bit upset because they said my fix was about 200 and it was 278. But I understand.

Manager on duty today 9/2 very helpful in printing out my insurance card and registration for my inspection. Could have sent me to a library or staples to do it but took care of it on-site and saved me a lot of time and frustration. Much appreciated!

Very courteous and prompt service
I made an early morning appointment for PA auto inspection and was greeted courteously upon my arrival. The service was performed quickly and I was also able to have my tires rotated. I was in and out within an hour, and that is outstanding!

This is the worst place ever!
This is the worst place ever!! I will never step foot in here again. The guys at the counter had a bit of an attitude also, another guy Dennis Senafi who oversees this location told me I wasn’t allowed to stay in his building or on premises because I was pissing him off because of a discount. Please don’t go here they don’t deserve any business.

Highly recommend!
I ran over a screw on my drive to upstate NY. I stopped here and they took me right in. I ended up needing a new tire but they replaced it and I was on my way in an hour. Great service!

The service I received was excellent…
The service I received was excellent the manager Howard was friendly and knowledgeable. However I felt sorry for all the staff since you can tell they were short staff and trying their best to accommodate.
