One of the best sales experience I've ever had. Communication was excellent. They held the equipment for a week so I could make arrangements for pickup. They helped me load and tie down the equipment. Very friendly family run business. I can't thank them enough for their good service.

I bought an elliptical from Mastery fitness on eBay.. It stopped working a few weeks after, they came in and fixed it. Then it stopped working again. I tried reaching them on eBay, they asked me to email Gary directly. I emailed Gary back in May, we are 6 months out and still no response!!
Paid $3700 for an elliptical that practically worked for few months only!! Very disappointed

I have been considering a x-trainer for the home for a while. My strong preference was for my favorite gym model which is a Precor open stride but couldn't pull the trigger due to cost for new ones. Web search and reviews took me to Mastery Fitness and I'm delighted I did. Kevin and his team were great to work with from Q&A, ordering, delivery and installation. The machine looks and operates like new and after three initial workouts I am delighted and having saved significant cost of course! Fully recommend.

I would be happy to share my experience with this company! We are avid gym goers and have created an elaborate home gym over the years. With the recent shut downs of 2020, including gyms, we decided to expand our arsenal of equipment so we can always have a place for our workout needs. Throughout 2020 and 2021, we made various purchases. Each company had produced either extended delays with no explanation or fail in their customer service. I can say without a doubt, Mastery Fitness was by far the best company to purchase from. Kevin was always prompt and professional with replies. The equipment was completed in the time frame promised and was in great condition upon arrival. There were no surprise fees or extra charges of any kind. The delivery was smooth and they placed the equipment exactly where I wanted it. We even had a minor electrical issue on our piece of cardio equipment and within 2 days of reaching out to Kevin, a tech was at my house repairing the issue quickly. I would love to do business with them again and will definitely refer any friends or family here! They are doing things right!!

Kevin stated what they could do and then did it! A very smooth experience. We purchased a re-manufactured Cybex 625A, so far it is everything promised, fantastic.

I purchased a Precor 835 elliptical in May '20 with a 1 year parts & labor warranty from Kevin. Within 3 months a loud clicking noise developed which was not resolved after 2 tech visits and replacement of a part that Kevin sent. On the last visit, the service tech advised that Kevin was unwilling to send more parts and that he was recommending that the pedal arm and wheel be replaced. Kevin advised that per the warranty, wearables (including the stair arm) were not covered and that I'd have to pay $808 for parts to proceed, Kevin in turn would pick up the $165 tech visit charge. What a joke. I won't be purchasing from Mastery Fitness again, buyer beware!

I purchased a refurbished Precor EFX crosstrainer from Mastery Fitness. When a circuit board went out, while still under their 1 year warranty, they sent a new board within 3 days and arranged for a Precor Repairman to install the next day. The customer service from Mastery Fitness is beyond anything I have ever experienced. Do not hesitate to purchase equipment from this company!

Earlier this year we bought a refurbished Precor Elliptical for a Covid home gym. We did a lot of research, knew there were a number of resellers online who had ratings challenges. Mastery Fitness and Kevin had great reviews, so we communicated with him and ulitmately ordered a refurbished machine from them. Kevin was personally involved start-to-finish in communicating with us, helping us organize white glove delivery and installation at our house as a value-added service, and was available for questions afterwards. I would absolutely recommend buying from Kevin, and we would do so again in future.

My Precor EFX elliptical was installed today by Mastery Fitness as they live up to their name as "mastery". It is a very heavy machine and 4 technicians were on-time at my house to install. From the very beginning I was impressed with their thoroughness in protecting my floors, staircases, walls , etc. The machine had to be taken up 2 flights of stairs with u-turns in the hall. It seemed to me a difficult install, but they handled it with no problem at all. I was very impressed from the beginning. scheduling the install to the end, with having it up and running. Again, I was VERY impressed and highly recommend their services!!!

Matt and Kevin at Mastery Fitness were top notch to work with and guided me through the selection process for my Cybex 770AT machine. They were super response to my calls, texts and emails and ensured that the product would fit into my room through the door and how I had to remove some parts to get it in. While waiting for them to refurbish, they answered my questions very thoroughly and honestly on when they thought it would ship and why it was taking a little longer due to delayed parts because of Covid-19 to make sure it was in pristine order. I would definitely buy and recommend to my friend fitness equipment from this Mastery Fitness team again. The product arrived in great shape and is performing beautifully. Thank you Matt and Kevin!

This company was great. Kevin answered all questions I had, the exercise bike was shipped quickly, and the bike was VERY securely packaged so as to prevent any damage during transit. I’d highly recommend Mastery Fitness based on my experience with them.

My wife and I are extremely pleased with the purchase of a refurbished Precor AMT 100i. Kevin Chu was very customer focused and responsive throughout the process. The unit arrived as planned and in excellent condition. The best part is that I have been able to resume my rigorous workouts to help manage the symptoms of Parkinson’s Disease during the coronavirus crisis!
