Terrible company, specifically how they communicate with their stakeholders.

If you are someone looking to make use of their services, don't.

Go to other companies which do the same service, cause it will be a better experience for sure.

Misleading and plain wrong information, especially on prices. Numbers have no root in reality, so all the information seems to be just free fantasy on their part.

here is reason that I gave one star to masterportal. when I was applying for my master degree. I used master portal for searching the universities, but I believe that was one of my biggest mistakes since I believe that masterportal gives money to advertise some specific universities and base on that I lost lots of my chance to apply for other universities with better rank and reputation. my suggestion would be check different websites and not only masterportal.

I used to site to look for programs and get tuition costs closer to by budget. I found some then went to the university websites and the costs were drastically higher. It’s clear that the costs listed aren’t accurate which defeats the purpose of this site. One specially said 8,000 for a year but the program website listed 60,000. Too many big mistakes!!!

The website itself is good. Not great - it is missing a lot of easy to find information for course profiles, and starts to seriously lag if you look through more than a dozen pages of results for something - but good.

However, support was very bad. My ‘like’ list froze and I couldn’t access it, 120-odd Masters worth maybe a full 24 hours of research through thousands of programs. I couldn’t find an email address to contact them for support on the website (which is unusual) so I reached out via Instagram to explain the bug. What would have been a very simple bug to fix, or even just to manually send me my list, turned into 3 ‘the engineering team will look at it’s over the course of more than 3 weeks. The engineering team did not look at it, and I spent another near 24 hours manually looking through their laggy results to record in a document the names of the 120 programs which had the ‘like’ heart symbols on them (which I could still see in searches, strangely).

Conclusion: Not a bad space as an aggregate portal but be warned that if the glitchy website fails you, that’s it.

The website is misleading as it shows fees which in reality are wrong. For example when looking for an MBA in Viena it shows the fees are 40 euros per year. However when you go the website the fess are actually 49.000. This happens for multiple universities. Please update the website accordingly.

As a comprehensive database for choosing and sharing information regarded to the master programs in terms of requirements and addressing towards best courses suits the program one looking for, I found it useful to get an idea of what you want to study and the scope that you are about to choose.

Mastersportal is a great platform, I was able to find all the information I needed on the portals worked very well for me. thanks to Mastersportal I was able to find my masters degree in engineering thank you Studyportals :) The only issue was that some of the prices are outdated for some of the universities
