Ho preso 2 padelle con i punti della Conad , ho buttato via le mie che erano un po’ rovinate va facevano il loro dovere . Queste nuove si attacca tutto anche l’acqua tra un po’ . Prese e buttate 3 giorni di vita avevano 😖adesso. Mi tocca comprare anche perché buttavo tutto si attaccava tutto . Io non ve le consiglio

Cristina Parodi che ha messo il suo nome sulla friggitrice master pro del Lidl, poteva almeno mettere un paio di ricette , le principali per agevolare l’utilizzo della friggitrice ?

La friggitrice ad aria è bella esteticamente funziona anche bene manca però un ricettario .

Assistenza pessima, nessuno risponde al telefono,su whatsapp ti dicono che bisogna inviare la mail con foto del prodotto,dello scontrino e specifica del problema. Dopo due mail e 10 GG. Nessuno si fa ancora sentire.E' vergognoso!!! La mia macchina ha due mesi di vita e non posso usarla

Ho acquistato un set di pentole di questa marca e posso dire che non sono assolutamente antiaderenti. A parte l'estetica elegante e gradevole, durante la cottura si attacca di tutto, risultando praticamente inutilizzabili

Master pro mi hanno risposto, finalmente. Io però avevo già risolto con il negozio dal quale avevo comprato. Non so come li avrei contattati se non avessi fatto questa recensione. Comunque, è bene tutto ciò che finisce bene. Con un po' di pazienza.

Multicooker masterpro by Cracco. Pessimo servizio. Se potessi metterei 0 stelle. Dopo 5 usi, dà errore E4. Non c'è nessun numero di assistenza. Ho fatto screenshot a numeri loro da internet, mi risponde azienda costruzioni. Entrando nel sito non ci sono "contatti". Ho chiattato, ora che trovo la sigla del prodotto sono spariti. Prodotto MGMP 9141 Ho buttato via i miei soldi. Prodotto in garanzia.

The worst product I have ever bought! After only a year, the inner pot has become scratched. It would not be a hassle if the pot were replaceable, but it is NOT. You can not buy another pot which means you throw the entire MasterPro in the garbage. What a waste of money MasterPro di Carlo Cracco!!!!!

Pessimo prodotto. Ho comprato una pentola in ghisa da 2,8 litri, cinque giorni fa e usata due volte. Lavata a mano con semplice detersivo per piatti e il bordo ha fatto la ruggine. Ditemi io come faccio a cucinare con questa pentola?

Contrariamente ad altre esperienze riportate da altri con me sono stati gentili, veloci e risolutivi mandandomi il ricambio richiesto. Forse dovrebbero solo migliorare i canali di ascolto perché non rispondono al telefono e ad WhatsUp ma alle email rispondono in un paio di giorni. Il loro prodotto Robot da cucina é ottimo ad un costo anche di 4 o 5 volte inferiore ad altri

Ho comprato un prodotto MasterPro e ho scritto più volte per ottenere assistenza attraverso più canali per ottenere una risposta, ma a tutt’oggi non ho risolto il problema. Sicuramente non acquisterò più alcun prodotto di questo brand. Sconsigliatissimo

One of the worst type of pans I’ve used.
I’ve cooked on these twice know and have been left with stains outside and inside of the pan which don’t come of with anything. Got intouch with Brandvine who sell the master pro pans and told me it’s because I’ve used on high flame, which I didn’t I know how I used them and wouldn’t exchange or refund. Don’t buy these pans.

Ho comprato un robot masterpro by Carlo cracco. Dopo 1 anno e mezzo il motorino sembra non funzionare più. Ho contattato il servizio clienti che mi ha risposto una sola volta chiedendo un video. Dopodiché spariti nel nulla. Non comprerò più nulla da loro. Ora vedrò se qualche tecnico esterno può aiutarmi a ripararlo.

Absolutely atrocious so called non stick plans, bought from Costco for £45, treated as part of the manufacturers instructions and these are not non stick, you cannot even fry an egg....they won't fry anything without burning despite using lots of oil, don't bother.

I bought a wok pan in Carrefour with anti scratch surface.
For the first months it was okay, after three months I’ve got scratches. I used it following the guide.
I wrote the customer service – they answer once per 3 months. In the end they rejected my complaint since I throwed away the bill from the store.
Not going to buy anything from them again.

Ordered MasterPro pans via Amazon, and only a short of time of using them, the pans started to burn much quicker and losing their non-stick qualities. I reached out via Amazon and they said to contact Bergner Group, the mother company, for a warranty. Unfortunately, the customer 'service' is practically non-existent and above all claimed first that I used the pans wrong (as if they could tell from my complaint, I used oil always). They responded only after months and didn't offer any solutions.
