Art of Alignment by Marc Teo was a pleasant refreshing surprise. I thought it was going to be another how to set goals webinar but I took away much more than that. He has developed a very structured approach to how to implement simple and sustainable actions to achieve alignment in my life and getting the optimal achieved in a day, week, month. The ARQ, 3+1 major areas, and 3R systems are structured, simple and easy to apply. His infectious energy level and easy to understand explanations make it very enjoyable and easy absorb and apply.
