Scam platform
This platform felt like a scam to me. I cannot express how subtly they take your money.
First, they advertise hardware that appears to be available. You sign up, add credit to your account, and then try to deploy an instance (which is often unavailable, despite being listed). When you finally get one, the hardware or configuration may not match what you expected.
In my case, I rented a VM with 4× NVIDIA H200 NVL GPUs running Ubuntu 24.04. The image came with an outdated CUDA toolkit and other GPU software compared to what I expected for this hardware. I had to spend a significant amount of time updating CUDA, drivers, and related dependencies before I could even begin my work, all while the instance continued billing. Whether this was intentional or simply poor image maintenance, the result was that I paid for time spent configuring the environment instead of using the GPUs.
The bigger problem was that the GPUs did not appear to have working NVLink connectivity. The topology looked like PCIe, and peer-to-peer access between the GPUs was not supported. Anyone with experience in multi-GPU training knows that GPU-to-GPU communication is extremely important. Without proper P2P or NVLink support, distributed training performance can be significantly worse.
I then asked them to refund only the unused credits remaining in my account (not even the amount I had already spent), but they refused. I also had to deal with a very poor support experience throughout the process.
Based on my experience, I would recommend using another platform. The service I received did not match what I believed was being advertised, and I do not trust this company.
