WOW!! WOW!! WOW!! I don’t know what the negative reviews are on about. These people must not have tastebuds. The sirloin jerky is one of the tastiest things I’ve ever eaten. No it’s not cheap, but it’s a premium product. Definitely an occasional treat for me budget wise but oh my god so so delicious. Crispy, salty, fatty/melty just as advertised, with a delicious flavour. Would order KGs of the stuff if I could afford it. Fantastic product!!

Mason’s Meats Ribcap is without doubt the best thing on Earth. I never imagined how good beef jerky could get until I tried it. Magnificent!

This experience has left me genuinely furious.

I ordered several packs from Mason’s Meats and cleared my entire day to receive the delivery. I was at home — all day, without exception. No knock, no doorbell, no attempt of any kind.

And yet, what do I receive?
A message claiming the parcel “could not be delivered because no one was at home.”

This is not just incorrect — it is blatantly false.
It takes a special kind of negligence for a courier to not even attempt delivery and then hide behind a fabricated excuse. It’s dishonest, it’s lazy, and it insults the customer’s intelligence.

What’s even worse is that this reflects directly on Mason’s Meats. Customers trust YOU to choose a courier capable of performing the most basic part of your service: delivering the order. Passing responsibility to a courier who can’t be bothered to do the job — and then letting them blame the customer — is an absolute failure of service.

I’m shocked by how low-effort and careless this entire process was.
A company is only as reliable as the people it entrusts with its deliveries, and right now, Mason’s Meats is being let down in spectacular fashion.

This was supposed to be a simple delivery. Instead, it turned into an exercise in frustration and disbelief.

The good news....this stuff is utterly fantastic. Beautifully salted, slightly crispy and then a wonderful melt in the mouth experience

The bad news....I can never go back to standard Beef Jerky!

Absolutely the best taste and texture jerky that I have ever had. If you are doing a keto or low carb/ high protein protocal then Mason's Meats is an ideal place to buy snacks. No nasty additives (which most jerky and other processed meats do have) but a really delicious flavour and good bite. I bought the Rib Cap and the Brisket. You need to be okay with a high fat content and flavour for those. If not, spend more for a lower fat option like Sirloin. This product is far too expensive for my budget but it was lovely to try it and I'll maybe buy once or twice a year for a treat. Big budget people should just go for it as it is an excellent premium product range. I don't want to go back on keto but if I did I would find the money for this stuff.

I've ordered a few times now from Masons Meats. I only eat meat, so it is sometimes quite difficult if I'm travelling, to get the food that I need. I therefore always have a supply of Masons Meats with me. I've tried other jerky, but this is far superior. It melts in your mouth. Lovely! The calore count for the whole bag of ribcap jerky is 697 calories with 36.3 grams of protein. A good meal for me. It is a bit expensive, so I can't eat it everyday, but you are paying for quality. The delivery service is also excellent. Ordered one day, received the next.

Wow! What absolutely delicious jerky. I bought 3 different flavours and whilst they were all bursting with amazing flavour, my favourite was the beef brisket……..so much so that I placed my second order within a few days!
Delivery was very fast and although the products are quite expensive, in my estimation they are well worth every single penny.
I shall be ordering again before Christmas and will give as presents.

This jerky isn’t for everyone… to really appreciate the value you must already appreciate a high quality restaurant steak… now take that same cut of steak and add artisan craftsmanship to thinly slice, dry and season and you’ve got the best quality jerky you can imagine! The Rib Cap especially is melt in your mouth exceptional and worth every cent of the price. A special shout out to Mariana for great customer service also, we had an order go astray on its shipping journey and she immediately took care of it and went over and above… you can’t control a 3rd party courier, but you can control your response once aware of an issue, so well done from someone who trains teams on providing this sort of service level!

Super quick delivery, ordered arrived eat! Bought one with a view to trying for xmas gifts, going back for more now I know its gooood! Very moreish beef jerky and beer, whats not to like! 10 out or 10!

This stuff is soooo good. It's not jerky as you know it. It's something else. It's way better. Zero carb, healing fat and meat. Crispy, buttery and caramelized. I just can't say enough. I went mad and ordered 4 bags. Love them all. A god send for travelling carnivores. I'm stocking up for my next holiday. Just ate a whole bag of rib cap jerky. I'm so happy I discovered this on Kent Carnivores YouTube channel.

This company are exceptional could not recommend highly enough. Had an issue with delivery which was entirely a postal service issue, Mason's Meats jumped to action and all was rectified within 4 days with total professionalism. And the product itself is AMAZING

Wow, unbelievably good! Everyone single person in my household (7 people) had the exact same eyes wide open “yum” expression. This is the best jerky hands down! I tried the brisket, thin and crispy! Unbelievable. I’ve ordered another cut of beef as well, will try it tomorrow. But this one was very very good! Must try

It works out £200.00 per kilo!! I honestly only bought it to see if they had just missed out the amount on the advert as it looks like 100g for £16.99 + delivery…. And thought it would actually be 5 or 10 bags. No. Just 1 pouch. 100g. Good con but can’t seriously imagine anyone buying it more than once.

Just got a pack of Rump and went in one go. Delicious. Only reason I dont give a 5 start is the price. I find it a bit expensive but knowing that it is all just beef and salt and no other additives. I think is worth having it at least as a now and then treat.

This is a top quality product. It is pricey but worth it, the flavour is amazing, a real carnivore fix! I appreciate the quality beef and time you put in to produce these results. Tried the rib cap and for me it is the perfect balance of fat, protein and salt (approx fat 60/40 protein) which for an expensive snack is ideal. Remember it is a snack..so I’am easily satisfied with a couple of strips. I think it was more protein heavy I would probable eat the lot in one sitting. I didn’t realise the amount you get in 100g so it’s lasting longer than I thought. Will definitely try the other products although worried they will be too moorish and I’ll flatten the lot in one go. Well done guys, you got this right!

Well I understand you can’t please everyone but I was shocked to hear any negative comments regarding this product.
Without question the best beef jerky I have ever tasted.
To mention billtong in the same sentence as Mason’s Meat is an insult in my opinion.
Yes I agree this product is pricey, but as I say with my very own company “if you want cheap you've come to the wrong place”
As Iv mentioned several times on instagram, keep up the good work lads, I’v accepted the fact that my shopping bill has now increased by £60 per week.

First class different level of healthy , tasty snacking. Ordered a few times now and tried several varieties…. Beef brisket , sirloin and rump beautiful. Great customer service from Dominic too ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
