Mason Plumbing & Heating installed my boiler 5 years ago and have serviced it every year since. The staff and engineers are always helpful, polite, efficient and arrive on-time. Happy customer!

Joe (who has only just joined Masons Plumbing) did an excellent job fixing the leak from the isolation valve on one of our toilets. He was thorough, on time and left everything spotless! Recommended!

Martin arrived on time to service old boiler. He showed us a split in square flue (no longer available) tested boiler and advised replacing.After agreeing quote work was scheduled very quickly. All the work was completed to a high standard and the pipe work very neat. Repair to the outside wall after changing to round flue neat and matching.
Will be using Masons again

I am delighted to have found Mason Plumbing and Heating. Haydn fully understood my requirements from the initial phone call and Martin did a great job.
The work was scheduled very quickly and Martin arrived right on time, with a phone call to confirm 20 minutes before arrival.
Martin's work was very clean and tidy, dust sheets down and all cleaned up afterwards.
Martin gave advice on some future work that I asked about and we will definitely come back to Mason's as a happy repeat customer.

I asked for some old pipe work to be removed and replaced. Martin from Masons arrived on time and went above and beyond to complete the job which was more involved than thought. Pipe work was lovely and neat as well as being left neat and tidy after the job. Will definitely be using you again 👍

Excellent service and very friendly. Explained everything in great detail and ensured we understood what needed to be done and why. Left everything very tidy and ensured everything was tidy.

The boiler service was carried out on time as suggested, quickly clean and efficiently.
Advice was suggested and discussed at face level, meaning not being told this is what you have to do or change. The service was carried out in a busy house with two small kids and the engineer attending made the kids feel like he was not a stranger

Martin has looked after my boiler for several years now. He always explains what he has done and why it was necessary, and points out work that may be necessary in the future. He is always pleasant, on time and I am very happy with his work.

Mason Plumbing installed our boiler 5 years ago and have continued to service it annually. They have a very professional approach and I've always been impressed with their service.

Peter Mason had done previous good work for us.
This time Martin serviced two gas boilers for us, a modern Worcester Bosch condensing type and our 35 year old Myson Orion.
He was considerate, tidy, conscientious, professional and politely vocal in respect to what he’d done, needed doing next service and offered balanced advice in respect to our old boiler. Because an internal screw was already rounded off he couldn’t perform a full strip down service but cleaned where necessary and tested which was the sensible strategy.
I would happily use Mason’s again.

Very prompt to visit and very effective service. Special thanks to Martin who, once again, took the time & trouble to resolve my 91 year old Mother's central heating problem.
