Bought an expensive Valentino bag , 5 weeks later it’s falling apart . Contact masdings by email about it , they reply saying they need to contact the “ brand “ ? Why … I bought the bag from them . Chased this up and now they blank my emails . No reply in 2 weeks.

Was a bit apprehensive about ordering from this company due to the mixed reviews, but desperately wanted some Holland & Cooper sandals and this was the only place that had them. Pleasantly surprised, same day dispatch, tracking number provided, arrived on time with DPD! Thank you will definitely be ordering again :-)

I recently bought a Vivienne Westwood bracelet for my nieces birthday and within a few weeks, the charm came off. I contacted customer services for them to tell me, that basically it’s impossible for this to happen because it’s fused on. This was a faulty bracelet and now has no charm, so absolutely no point in wearing and I can’t even buy a charm to go onto it for her. So over £80 wasted. Will never use this website again, they don’t want to know if you’ve paid and they’ve took your money, even if it is faulty. Stay away.

Ordered goods to be delivered within 2-3 days, 6 days later I am still waiting. Complained via email and they just sent me a Royal Mail Tracking on line which only tells me the order has been despatched. Poor customer service and in 2021 waiting this long for goods is shambolic.?

I called ahead of placing my first order as I like to trade with real people and know they are available in needed. The call was polite, helpful and professional so I went ahead a placed an order from the fantastic selection of designer gear. Sadly the 2 items I bought for my son for Christmas did not fit him. It was incredibly easy to process the return even at such a busy time of year and I got a really prompt refund. I will definitely be buying from this great company again.

Ordered jewellery from the website, then came onto trustpilot & seen some mixed reviews. I ordered the earrings on Sunday & they have both arrived today. Correct order & in perfect condition, cheapest price found online as well. Would defo use again.

I’m really surprised at the other reviews, I rarely make reviews but because of the experience I had I wanted too. I’d never heard of the company before found them online ordered literally before I left work, was delivered the next morning! Brilliant service and love my jumper cheaper than I’d have paid elsewhere! So I was very surprised to see so many negative reviews when I’d had a great experience with them!

I ordered two Barbour jackets as I was not sure what size I needed. I kept one and returned the other slightly later than advised as I had been away and it had not been possible to return it early.
Almost two years on and I still cannot get a refund. They must have sold the return by now but they still refuse to refund the £140.
I searched for this particular jacket online and didn't realise that I was buying from an outlet shop. I have been told that I can purchase another item. Any item that interests me is not available in my size. I am 62 year old and most of the items would not suit me.
They refuse to enter into any further discussion with me.
So I have paid double for the jacket - more than the price in a regular shop.
I am really upset about this. What happened to "the customer is always right"? PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Bought two pairs of Lacoste shoes, wanted to exchange one pair as I wrongly ordered a smaller size, spoke to customer services they were quite helpful and personally went to the store to change the shoes.
Store manager was very helpful.

Terrible service, ordered somerhing for a present when it came look cheap and tacky sent back same day, orginal packaging hadnt even opened two of the items.. for them to request money via paypal for postage. now shipping back out to me as the items purchased are apparently non returnable! joke of a company beware

Terrible customer service. I sent an unwanted Christmas present back just before Christmas, and as such they are saying that is does not fall within the Christmas returns policy and will not refund me. Their customer service team are making no effort to sort this issue with me. I would give 0 stars if I could.

One of the worst shopping experiences I've had! They sent the incorrect item and would not send the correct one and even charged me for delivery and cost of return (just under £10 total) before refunding the remaining amount; and I explicitly stated in the returns form that I do not consent to this cost of return charge. I emailed them politely explaining the situation a few times and they're responses were unhelpful and quite often rather rude. I'd never shop here again. I should have read previous reviews before shopping with them. It's a shame since some of their items are great, but not worth the hassle of their shoddy service. Having spoken with a couple of friends, it seems they do try to make money from overcharging on deliveries/returns and are known to send out incorrect items.

Sent the wrong size garment and refused to send another one out unless I paid for it first even though it was needed for a special date

Customer Service - very poor - Rufused to give names etc

AVOID - there are many far superior clothes shops out there to chose

Didn't deliver my product and then ignored emails, disgraceful

Charges £5 for next day delivery.

Only to come 4 days late.

Contacted customer services who were rude and offered no apologies or resolution.
