The installation went well the workers were clean and tidy when they eventually arrived several weeks later than week wplanned But what let them was the office staff First they didn’t arrive on the day agreed (due to illness )rang to find out why.Will ring me back (dident)rang several times that week eventually getting an ainstallation date a few weeks later (installtion spot on,office not good at all)

It's been a great experience so far. From the installation team to the support team, they have been professional and attentive throughout.

Our installation included underfloor heating, so there was alot of coordination taking place between tilers and the installation, and they worked to our schedule without any issues, and always open to feedback.

We are very happy to confirm a positive outcome of whole process from initial engagement by your sales consultant Adam through the negotiation and formal survey, completed promptly and professionally and the system installed on the agreed scheduled date (10 Feb 2025).
Installation trades were great, worked to a high standard of cleanliness and delivered (by a none tradesman’s eye) a fit to a high standard that within the week running, gave every indication of an excellent job.

As of November 2025 the system is running as expected meeting the specified temperature for DHW and room heating. Design and planning is the key and Marvel have delivered. Our house has never been so consistently warm with plenty of hot water. Our electric bills are lower or for some months the same as using the old gas boiler but with gas we only had a warm house for a few hours each day. Combined with a low cost tariff we wouldn't go back to a gas boiler. We have experienced none of the 'suspected' drawbacks, noise or slow to heat up. If anything we are surprised how responsive it is to a need to warm up. All because the initial review and planning was effective by Marvel.
We would be happy to recommend Marvel as a ASHP installer.

The cost was competitive and the air heat pump system used was very good quality and trustworthy. The engineers were skilled and reliable and always polite and friendly. However, I did have some issues with the ordering and delivery of parts which resulted in the job not being completed on time. Communication with customer could have been a lot better. I did give feedback on these issues and I believe they have introduced a new system to improve this.

We have recently had a heat pump installed by Marvel and we are very happy with it. The whole process was very straight forward and everything was detailed to us prior to installation. The installers were excellent and very knowledgeable. We are very happy with the whole service provided.

Our bungalow now sits at a steady warm temperature throughout with hot water 24 hrs a day. The workmen were courteous, cleaned up afterwards and quick in doing the work. We were dubious at first after some newspapers said people were saying the pumps were noisy, this has not been the case and we are happy with the installation.

It was big job. Had to pipe the whole house. Covering for the piping could not fit some of the pipe work. Not their fault. I'll have to paint them. Raditors are varied as asked. So I have normal rads as well as vertical. Looks good. The guys especially Reis worked really hard. Well done guys.

it was put in at a time when the weather turned fine so it could not be tested, but now the weather has turned for the worse it seems to working fine. Although It does appear to have a mind of its own, as it comes on when it has been set at a lower temperature, and the room temperature is higher!! I am not complaining it is just odd.

Unlike some other installers, Nigel from Marvel came to see me without asking for a survey fee up front and fully explained what was entailed. The survey followed by full specification and quotation was organised quickly and the work was carried out efficiently on schedule. There was an initial hiccup and a technical had to make a minor adjustment to the setting afterwhich the pump has worked fine. So far I believe I have made the right choice and that the heating will keep my home very comfortable.
I have sometimes found it difficult to get through to the office but once contacted, staff are pleasant and helpful. I am currently considering getting them to quote for a battery.

The heat pump is fantastic.
The engineers were great, they were efficient, polite and kept us informed all the way through the installation. They left everything tidy and went through the controls and how it all works. They also arranged for the old radiators to be taken away.
We love the new heat pump - the house feels a lot warmer and there's always lots of hot water. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Marvel Heating.

Overall I was very happy with the experience of getting a heat pump in my home. During the initial contacts all concerned were polite and knowledgeable. The only problem I encountered was that the customer service team left a lot to be desired but the purchase and fitting team were extremely good. Having the pump fitted in April meant that I was unable to truly appreciate how much the heat pump improved my home environment. We had to learn to use the hot water in a different way but that was a minor issue. Now the cold weather is here I am so happy we decided to get the heat pump. The house is always warm and we don’t need any additional heating or extra clothing. I am happy to endorse Marvel Heating and am more than willing to talk to prospective buyers to help them decide if a heat pump is useful to them.

Thank you Marvel for an excellent installation, from the impressive first meeting and quote, everything went smoothly. I was impressed with the extreme care taken with the later survey when every room in the house was measured and assessed so that the correct sized radiators would be fitted. Some of my radiators (recent ones) were used but I had many new ones, as needed. The installation team were superb, every care was taken.

We had an air source heat pump and solar panels installed by Marvel.
We are very happy with the savings this installation is having on our bills.
