Great mix of four colours of Beetroot.
Use as baby beets or leave to mature.
Use in salads of for roasting.
A visually impressive and great-tasting mix of four contrasting beetroot varieties; 'Albino', 'Burpees Golden,' 'Chioggia' and 'Detroit 2'.
These root vegetables are high in vitamins and pleasantly sweet. So simple to grow, you can harvest these varieties for baby beet or leave to mature, forming large roots.
Delicious used raw in salads or roasted in vinegar for a colourful side dish.
