Long red roots - ideal for slicing
Keeps its sweet flavour all season
Stores well
'Cylindra' has long, red cylindrical roots making it easy to peel and the ideal variety for slicing.
'Cylindra' has a great colour, texture and flavour and is free from internal rings. It also stores well and keeps its sweet flavour all season. Delicious served either as a hot vegetable, served cold in salads or fried as vegetable crisps.
