Helaas een zeer slechte ervaring. We hebben hier een tafel gekocht, maar daarna begint het probleem. Al maanden proberen we contact te krijgen via e-mail, WhatsApp en telefonisch, maar er komt geen enkele inhoudelijke reactie. Er wordt telkens gezegd dat we worden teruggebeld, maar dat gebeurt niet. Erg teleurstellend.

Beloftes komen ze niet na. In de steek gelaten door dit bedrijf. Doet geen enkele poging om dit recht te zetten. Manager nooit aanwezig of bereikbaar. ‘Juiste afdeling’ idem.. telefonistes klinken behulpzaam maar tegelijk machteloos

Begin van dit jaar een marmer salontafel besteld, binnen een aantal weken zou die geleverd moeten worden en zouden ze contact met je opnemen. Dat gebeurde maar niet en heb ik zelf een paar keer moeten bellen hoe het ervoor stond. Telkens als ik belde wist degene daar niks van en zou ik terug gebeld worden, maar elke keer werd ik niet terug gebeld en moest ik zelf bellen. Dat vind ik geen goede service. Uiteindelijk kreeg ik mail van ze dat ze vertraging hadden opgelopen. En toen werd ik op een avond aangesproken via Facebook (door de vervoerder) om een afspraak in te plannen wanneer ze konden leveren. Hij wist niks van de mail af waar in stond wanneer we de tafel zouden krijgen. Ook raar vond ik. Daaruit bleek dat de informatie uit die mail niet klopte. Maar goed een afspraak gemaakt. Dat was allemaal goed gegaan. Toen had ik ze nog eens opgebeld om te vragen of wij de tafel nog eens moesten impregneren voor de zekerheid, ze zouden mij terug bellen maar tot op de dag van vandaag niks gehoord. De communicatie vind ik zeer slecht. En ook dat mails niet altijd beantwoorden worden. De producten die ze verkopen zijn echt mooi. De salontafel is ook echt mooi, maar de communicatie valt tegen.

Dear all, we bought a table from Marmertafel 3,5 years ago and while everything went fine with the initial ordering and delivery, 3 months later when we started using the table, as we properly moved in then, we noticed that on the parts where the slab was lying on in their truck there were damages from the things that hold it in place.
We reached out to them - they said the expert would take a look at the pictures and then they replied that we would need to pay 650 euros for repairs - again after only 3 months of having the table and not using it. After challenging back they said they could go down as much as 200 but we would still need to pay. We decided not to do it. Thats story number 1.
Story number 2: a year later a few pieces from the edge started to fall off (thin pieces and 4 cm long in size). We emailed them again about it (july 2023) - multiple emails back and forth over a month due to holidays - they said we are on top of their list. Then we were faced with 2 months of radio silence, despite us emailing them and then we get an email (October 2023) from Nick that one of the main planning and installation guys and at the same time his dad, was sick and they were dealing with that. We understood and backed off for 10 months (until July 2024). Since then we have emailed multiple times and called i think over 20 times to the same poor lady who is tasked to take our calls and keeps saying she will relay the message to the planning team to contact us which they never do. I don't know what else to do but put bad reviews on all possible websites in order to get their attention/support. My advice would be, if you plan to run a successful business that mainly thrives off of word of mouth, maybe you should invest in having human contact with your customers who pay 5k+ for a table.

Wij hebben een tafel gekocht en na 3 jaar is de tafel kapot gegaan. Wij hebben meerdere keren contact opgenomen met Marmertafel. Zij hebben na 2 maanden iemand gestuurd voor een reparatie. De tafel valt niet meer te repareren. Hierna hebben wij nog contact gezocht met marmertafel. Helaas geen gehoor. Slechte service en kwaliteit.

I am in LOVE with our new table. Worked directly with the company in several design iterations to figure out exactly what we needed for our dining room, and it just got delivered and it’s perfect! The team was so helpful and worked really properly with us every step of the way. Super happy.

Scam alert! We have been in contact with Nick, the owner of the company. Until we transferred the payment he was providing response and answering the calls. Once he got the payment from us, he just disappeared. He didn’t keep his promise on the delivery time. He never answered the calls and messages as the delivery time was already passed. He also has a habit of lying with no hesitation. Once we were able to reach him, he said he sent us a delivery confirmation which he didn’t. Today we got the delivery after 3 weeks of original planning but the size of the table is wrong!!! We ordered 240cm but it is 220cm indeed and he is still lying that we changed the order with an e-mail (which doesn’t exist actually). Everything in dining room designed and placed based on the size of the ordered size. The table is not the one that we chose, it has different pattern also has scratches on it. We want to return the table (even accepting the fact that we won’t have any table at home for the next couple of months) but he doesn’t send us the money back. I have never seen a business owner like him before. Full scam.

It was the worst experience that I ever had. Be careful with this company.

Snel, goede informatie, compleet product

We have been looking for a well crafted and quality marble desk for my husband over the summer. When we made the showroom appointment, we had a rough idea of what materials we wanted. We had a long and thorough appointment with Nick, and he was really knowledgeable and efficient. In the end, we were very happy with our choice. The order went though quickly before the summer closures, and we had our desk delivered. When we saw the stone in person, we were very impressed and the desk turned out even better than we thought it would. Overall we are pretty ecstatic about our choice and our purchase. We would highly recommend this establishment going forward.

Heel leuke verkoop geweest. Prachtig ontvangst in hun toonzaal en vervolgens een zeer professionele uitleg van de materialen en keuzemogelijkheden. Alles werd tot in de puntjes uitgelegd ook hoe de levering zal gebeuren.
Wij hebben echt een prachtige tafel ontvangen, dikke dank👍

Geweldige ervaring. Kan nog steeds niet geloven dat iets wat miljarden jaar oud is ineens in mijn huiskamer staat. Je word stil van de geweldige pracht van dit natuurproduct. Ik werd prettig ontvangen en er werd gord met me meegedacht. Na een keuze te maken uit een stuk natuursteen l ontving ik na 6 weken mijn tafel thuis, op 18 hoog. Geweldig! Top service!

Helaas hebben we de bestelling nog niet ontvangen

Gisteren besteld en vandaag bezorgd. Helemaal top. De online videofilm over het schoonmaken en onderhouden van marmer is helder en duidelijk. Ook prettig te lezen dat het bedrijf je via de mail goed informeert over de stand van zaken ten aanzien van je bestelling.

Fijne communicatie, en een uiterst vriendelijke bezorger. De tafel werd zeer vakkundig op zijn plek gezet.

Goede ontvangst, goede uitleg, prima afwerking
