Great personal service
Loved the individually wrapped bottles & hand written card. Quick & efficient service plus really interesting wines which have converted me back to Chardonnay. Highly recommended.

Prompt and efficient delivery of my order, with Marlo regularly keeping me updated with delivery info. Just a shame that the order threshold for free delivery is set at a rather high £150.

The MARLO website is very user friendly enabling you to find the wines you are looking for but also recommending great wines and offers.
Their range of wines and producers is second to none, with the best prices you’ll find anywhere, even at the top end of quality level.
Their customer service is also very friendly and highly efficient. I placed my order and forgot to add the discount code I’d be sent on signing up for their mailing list. Not a problem, I emailed them and they applied it retrospectively and refunded the difference!
Not only this but in the week before Xmas when deliveries and couriers were failing all over the UK, my order arrived in less than 24 hours, extremely well packaged and in perfect condition!
