I ask for two samples on Friday, they were delivered first thing, Monday.

Very good, but there was a problem in the tile compartment of my order which they rectified it as soon as, so I cannot complain at all.. nice one Marley👍🏼

Excellent service with quick response, but 2 things would make it much better...

It is difficult to limit the number of samples to your max allowance, especially as it is difficult to assess them online, it would help massively to be able to select more choice of samples - Noting that when you see them for real, most can be ruled out straightaway, so this ultimately leaves little choice, but perhaps some of the others which had to be rejected due to limited allowance might have been better than expected, but it's too late.
The other thing is that for tiles which have variation of colour, it would be better to have more samples of each type, as a one-off samples are not representative - Note, we have rejected samples like this as not looking right, but the big picture with better representation may have looked more suitable.
It is a big decision as we are expecting to buy 3000 tiles, it is not easy based on limited types of tiles and only one of each type.
Your competitors do provide more samples where they have different shading.

The instructor kevin was brilliant I think him being ex roofer on the tools made all the difference his way of teaching and talking to us was like we was on site with a friend I learnt some brilliant stuff from him and some good tips moving forward installing your equipment I would highly recommend this course to anyone in the game

This company are a waste of space…. Poor or no communication…. Claims handlers should be renamed…how to avoid claims handlers…. They delay everything….. probably their company philosophy … DONT USE THEM
