First class service from Marks Taxis for our taxi to and from Manchester Airport . A last minute booking which was no problem at all . Our drivers Phil to Manchester and Iain on return were both on time and their communication was great before and on the day of our flights. Clean and tidy taxis and both drivers were helpful with cases etc.
Would recommend to anyone and definitely use again.

Excellent service from start to finish. I asked for recommendations on Instagram for a reliable minibus taxi firm and everyone recommended marks taxis. We needed a return journey to Manchester airport and They kept in contact with me the whole time. They kept my babies car seat for the journey home. Our flight was delayed on the way home but my driver (Mike) contacted me to let me know he was keeping an eye on the flight and not to panic as he would be at the airport ready for us once we landed. Will definitely be using marks taxis in the future. Thankyou.

Long story..

I was trying to help an elderly friend find a ride to a medical appointment recently after her ride fell through.

Called a couple of local corporate companies but was not able to get anywhere, then happened upon Mark’s Cab.
As soon as i explained what I needed, he immediately said he could help. He had an appointment at 3 on the appointment day but still felt he could manage both her appointment (1:30) and his (at 3:00) according to the times I gave him which she had given me.
I arranged to have the lady picked up at her home and driven to the appointment and thought we were done.
I received a call from him as they were on their way, letting me know that she had given us an incorrect time. Correct time was 30 minutes later which was going to present him with a problem.
He actually arranged a ride back for her if he wasn’t going to get back in time to pick her up.
I cannot express how grateful I
am for his patience and kindness
(with us both).
I’ve not come across someone who was so willing to put himself out for two strangers.

Fantastic company and service with excellent communication. Can not fault our return journey to Manchester Airport, David was our driver both ways, really professional, friendly & punctual.
We decided fairly last minute to stay over near the airport the night before and Mark's Taxi was more than happy to amend our booking etc. Thanks again, will definitely use again in the future and highly recommend to anyone needing a good and reliable taxi firm.

Noticed this company advertising locally thought give them a try , fantastic service for airport run, kept you informed at all times, extremely comfortable ride, great friendly driver (Mike) , we even got offered bottles of water , great price too , highly recommend!!! No wonder they just won an award ….fabulous customer service!!!

Excellent service from Marks taxis for our transfers to and from Manchester airport. Professional, on time, great communication and really helpful. Amazing service, 100% recommend.. our flight had many delays coming home which I thought would be a problem but we kept in contact and they had no problem rearranging so that we didn't have to worry about getting home which really took a lot of stress from me as I have a disabled daughter, will always use this amazing service in the future.. thank you

He grabbed me from Liverpool whilst being basically stranded for over 4 hours. He came and got me as soon as he could I think I was only waiting 10 minutes from when I called him. Seemed a really nice guy as well.

Mark helped me and my two young daughters after the tragic parade in Liverpool. After what had happened the were no trains or transportation for people to get home and Mark and Mark‘s taxi drivers were absolutely brilliant. They came picked us up and lots of other families and to top it off. They were
