I bought the bag for a Father’s Day…
I bought the bag for a Father’s Day gift for my partner but ended up giving to him early as his current work bag was falling apart. He’s absolutely in love with how much he can sit in the bag and how comfortable it is to wear, a great gift and a very happy guy.

My New Favorite BackPack
I absolutely love the Infinity XL Rain! Its my new favorite bag I've ever had, I have gone through alot of bags throughout the years and this one is honestly the best quality one I've had and I had alot of fun exploring all the different storage compartments. Plus it's very comfortable on the back. Thank you so much for the bag (also, the shipping time was a week early and it shipped from Hong Kong cause they were out of stock in Toronto) The customer support was also amazing and answered all the questions I asked. (I used Facebook Messenger to contact them) Again, love the bag and was totally worth the money.

long delivery time. bad contact possibility. Reply to emails after a week. Shipping from China. Return possibility catastrophic. Material quality mediocre, USB connections and cabling cheap, poor. No USB-C connection.

Im sorry you are not completely happy with your purchase.
-Unfortunately your delivery took a bit longer than usually to arrive so we want to apologize for this. Since we offer free express shipping we used the most cost effective express shipping that was available.
-I would like to disagree when you say we contacted you after a week, when in fact you emailed us on a Friday at 7:30pm EST time and we responded first thing Monday morning at 9:30am. We also like weekends off 😀.
-We have multiple fulfilment centres located around the world and according to which bag is ordered and the location of the shipping address is how we determine where we send our products from.
-Our return and refund policy is clearly stated, transparent and is available to read on the link provided below.

-We use high quality materials for all our products, cables, zippers and straps. We also never mentioned there is a USB-C connection on our bags.
