After selling part of my business I Havd a pretty substantial amount sitting in cash because I honestly Didn't know where I wanted to put it. Real estate felt less appealing due to the interest rates, I already had plenty in index funds and I didn't want to dump another huge chunk into more of the exact same thing. I was definitely on the fence after seeing Market Institute ads on Facebook. To be honest with u, the performance looked almost too good which usually makes me MORE skeptical. What changed my opinion was the call I had with the team. They didn't try to convince me those returns would continue or promise anything. We actually talked quite a bit about the drawdowns, losing periods and the fact that I could lose money. Still early days for me so Im not going to pretend I know what the next 5 years look like. But the experience so far has been very professional and Id recommend anyone with significant cash sitting around at least take a look. Definitely recommend!
