This is a very effective service. It works as promised, and the company owner Jacob is very responsive and helpful. 10/10

I found a lot of good reviews on this company before i invested. I'm a small business owner doing everything on my own, so the money it cost for the first month wasn't a small thing to me. But had the service done what it claimed, it had protential to be worth it. I even budgeted to use it for at least 6 months.

From the very start, I knew I'd made a mistake purchasing the subscription. No one showed up for the very first Zoom call. No one answered the provided email addresses, phone numbers, or website chats. When I finally got in touch, I scheduled another call and spoke to the owner. He told me he had things going on in his personal life but assured me that he'd make sure my account was taken care of, and even gave me his personal number to reach out to if they got unresponsive again.

I gave them complete access to my account. They never even logged in. I never did hear anything back after that first call, even after reaching out to the owner directly, multiple times. They simply took my money and did absolutely NOTHING. I'm not sure if I was scammed or simply purchased the subscription at a bad time for the company/owner, but either way, I absolutely wouldn't recommend.

Very easy to work with. Takes time to make it right. Great ideas and listens to customer. If any changes need to be made from original concept, within reason, they are more than willing to make it right for the original cost.
