Spoke with Rowell. I reached out to cancel my account due to me not having enough business to maintain the expense. However, if I had known there was a pause option, I would have took that in order to keep my price when my situation changes.

Agent Rowell is always there when I need help. Been with marketing boost for about 2 years now and everytime I had an issue with my account he has taken care of it. Today I was having issues with payment since I had switched cards. I thought we fixed it the last time we talked but I didn't follow all the way though. Today Rowell made sure everything was complete and also made sure that I didn't need anymore issues with payment.
