Loved the hole experience! I really felt comfortable and didn't feel like I wasn't being listened to , the experience made me feel more confident to got forward with school.

Marker Learning was so helpful and a true answer to prayer. The psychologist worked very well with my daughter - very patient. I loved that the testing was broken down into 2 days instead of one long day. The equipment was easy to set up, use and send back when we were finished. I was a little concerned about the Zoom meeting factor, but it was not an issue all.
The overall service was very affordable compared to the private Psychologists ins our area. And they had payment plans available that were actually easy to meet.

Quick, easy and extremely helpful! Was able to get my son in right away, and have his test results back quickly so we can start to implementing everything he needs to succeed.

Less costly and convenient timing. Was a low stress online experience for my child for his first testing experience. Be sure to schedule a full debrief after testing and have your questions ready!

I have 4 kids all with dyslexia or learning challenges. I have gone through the county and also through a psychologist to have them evaluated. It's a very expensive and time consuming process. So thankful to have found Markers Learning. They make this process easy, so convenient for a fraction of the price that I have paid before. ML was supportive, responsive, friendly and it's all done in a very timely manner. No more waiting for month to get an appointment. Would definitely recommend it to anyone. Evaluation was comprehensive, done efficiently and they were accomodating to recommendations. In school districts you can wait months but usually years to get accomodations so doing a private evaluation not only gets the ball rolling but can allow for quicker accomodations so your child doesn't fall further behind. The evaluation is virtual and it was broken up between 2 to 3 days. Materials were mailed ahead of time and it was very easy to follow. There were long wait times for in-person evaluations in my area so I was happy to try Marker Learning. The evaluation was thorough and the doctor evaluating was open to feedback. I knew that my child's particular school they need the report to include specific 504 accomodations which the doctor willingly added. Several years later, I asked about SAT and standardized test accomodations and they wrote up an additional letter. Marker or any other service will not know the specifics ins and outs. There are myriad of schools and school district policies, always helpful to understand what it is needed ahead of time so you can work around it. I would highly recommend. They are accomodating, efficient, and reasonably priced.

I had a positive experience with the staff and psychologist. The process took a little longer than anticipated only because I had to travel and realized I couldn't do 2nd portion of testing while out of state. Other than that, the staff was accommodating, encouraging, responsive, and supportive. I would recommend Marker Learning for those who may have challenging schedules and can't make it in person.

As an adult, I was unsure of what to expect, but everyone helped me be as comfortable as possible and the process was very easy, especially returning documents that were sent. I had a positive experience and am grateful for the results as they will help me further my career and educational goals.

I loved my experience.. the whole thing.

I was told I would find out if my child has dyslexia or some other reading challenge and what kind. The test giver made my child cry when she gave my child a reading passage well above the level I told her my child was at. Then she told me that she would not be able to determine what type of reading disability my kid has because my child couldn't read at the appropriate level and they are unable to score a lower level of testing. What?? You work with kids with disabilities. You should be able to test at the level the kid is capable of testing in each category. All I know from the report is my kid can't read. I already knew that and I told you that before the test.

I was very happy to have found Marker Learning because it is affordable and accessible to all. Unfortunately, my clinical psychologist was not able to confirm the diagnosis all of my other medical providers have given me. I understand they have to complete a thorough analysis of all the tests administered, but I sincerely believe they did not complete a thorough enough clinical history which is crucial for a proper assessment. I was very disappointed with my results because nonetheless I paid a lot of money for this neuropsychological evaluation and expected to receive the same diagnosis that I was given by others.

The experience overall was ok. There was an error with the billing which I fortunately caught when I checked my card statement. Recommend paying attention to details. Still waiting for follow up email to set follow up session with Psychologist.

The experience was ok. I loved how the appointments went but what I did not appreciate was how the doctor assumed I didn’t answer my questions honestly because of how fast I did them. Like am I not allowed to read fast and comprehend?? I really felt like she labeled me as a mother who doesn’t pay attention to her child and that was unacceptable. I won’t be using this company again for that particular reason. Thanks for the help.

Paying a crap ton of money to get my eval back to say that I might have ADHD was so lame!! I took my eval to my counselor and she said she could not believe I paid that much money for what I got. And after her reading through she told me it was complete bogus!
So I am so sad to have waisted that amount money on this testing.
