Lamentable and Unproffesional!
My wife booked a house through this company and paid £2700, for 5 nights. Upon arrival, the house was not cleaned from the previous family, the pool was not cleaned, the outdoor space was filthy, the barbecue was so greasey it was not useable, the electricity was cut off we lost a fridge full of food, there was infestation in the cutlery draws, this company did not address one issue we raised and our stay was horrible! Two showers one was broken, the other had body hairs in it, the floor was so dirty you had to wear slippers all the time or your feet were completely dirty .
This company is very unprofessional did not deal with one issue they offer a “wash hands of service “
Their modeus operandi is take your money but there is absolutely no structure in place to deal with sub standard service, their accountability is zero contact .
Our staycation experience was horrible !
Don't waste your money! As they are not fit for purpose !
