ordered a product that was listed as in stock my money was taken instantly and I never received the product. i tried reaching out to their customer service and have received no response.

I found this site after I had ordered from MLP. It had been a couple days since I placed an order for an in stock lens. Pay Pal took the money from my account on day three so I expected a shipping notice or a tracking number. Nothing. Then I found this page and got scared. All the bad stories here were happening to me. The weekend passed and on Monday morning at 9am I called. Voicemail saying they would be closed that day and the next day. Skip ahead two days and it just goes on and on. If you were fortunate enough to pay using Pay Pal starting the complaint process changes their attitude quick. I have received my refund via Pay Pal and it took less than a day once I involved Pay Pal. Don't sit and stress waiting for these guys to do the right thing. They won't. Not sure what their game is but I consider myself lucky it only amounted to a week of extreme stress for me.

I had a very positive experience dealing with Maple Leaf Photo. I received my product exactly as described and even though it was over the Christmas period, in a timely fashion. The prices can not be beat. I will definitely shop here again.

No response to purchasing inquiries looks bad! Not sure what is the purpose of that survey if your sales team essentialy is not responding.

I bought an Osmo mobile unit and was very happy with the service. A customer service rep repeatedly answered all of my questions before I ordered. He was very patient with me. At the end of the conversation he helped me place the order and it arrived pretty quickly. Very satisfied with the product and the service. Would recommend using Mapleleafphoto.

I was very disappointed with the service. I ordered a lens for my spouse for her birthday and delivery was supposed to be the week before. When it hadn’t arrived I called a couple of days before her birthday to be told that they didn’t have it in stock at the location in Canada and it had to be shipped from the US. I asked when it was to be shipped and they said that same day it was being sent by UPS and I requested that there be a rush out on it and I was supposed to receive a tracking number. I don’t understand why I was not informed of this delay. So I waited and waited and got no news. I was really mad and I called back to find out what was going on. The customer service representative told me that it had not been shipped yet so I cancelled my order. A very disappointing experience and birthday gift. I was even going to buy a camera with you, a Nikon d750 dslr but with service like that I changed my mind. I was thinking this is great I will go with a Canadian company and support our businesses but what a disappointment.

Was searching online for a solid camera that could take a beating and survive submersion in water if it happened. Settled on the Olympus Tough T6 and began searching online for a decent price. I was happy when I came across Maple Photo, who are located in Canada! Navigation of their website was so easy! price was unbeatable and shipping was super fast. My item arrived on time and in great condition. I would highly recommend Maple Photo for any of your photo needs. Items came as described, although the camera was technically new, it's original box was previously opened and some contents were taken out. There was not anything missing from the product listing but it was not a never been opened product. Customer service, though attentive and reliable, was a bit slow. I didn't get a confirmation of order or a receipt, until I requested it and I had to call a couple times to get some things straightened out.

Shipping was a little slow, but hey, it was free. Got my order in 2 weeks time, so no complaints there.
Great price on the package I ordered and everything was as described. Arrived in good shape and now the fun begins using the equipment. I'll definitely order at Maple Leaf Photo again.

I ordered a sigma 60-600 lens which was sold with a number of additional parts. Deliver was a month long for an “in stock”product and the accessories which were listed as pro quality were garbage the filter set was useless unless you need a coaster. I asked if they would take the filter set back and credit me for a quality filter and I was told no. Too bad I wanted to support a Canadian company.
