I was very disappointed in both the product and the service provided by this business. I ordered a dress online, and the product took weeks to arrive, and and was nothing like the picture online. The color was different. The material look different. It was very bulky and shapeless. When I submitted a complaint to the business and requested a refund, I was told that in order to return it, I would be responsible to ship it internationally, even though the company is supposedly from Canada and that’s where I reside as well. No responsibility was taken for the lack of resemblance to the online product. Don’t waste your money here.

I would rate the experience sub zero. clothing does not look like what's in the photos. no tags on anything so you don't know if you are getting the right size. i wouldn't let anyone light a match while you're wearing any of their crap because it seems to be flammable and no returns or at least its not worth the time or energy to do so. absolutely gross.

Maple Bay has an address in Quebec Canada and a phone number. However these do not mean they are Canadian. When I was not satisfied with my purchase the only option was to accept a 35% off the original price or return to China at my own cost. There were many emails back and forth to try to find a solution. I opted for mailing the items($30 cnd) even though Maple Bay said they would not guarantee a refund since the clothing may arrive damaged. It may take 6 weeks for a refund to be processed. I just want other people to know that this company does not follow normal procedures for online shopping and to beware if they use it.
