We had a bad experience with a previous window company.A very pushy salesman trying his best spiel to force my partner into a £600 deposit there and then to secure the order.Luckily I was there and we declined.Walked past Manchester Windows few days later.Read the reviews and thought we'd try these guys out..So glad we did! Danny came round and we told him what we wanted. No b.s sales talk.Gave us some great advice on the window's.That impressed we verbally agreed to the order.Few days later we got measured up.2 months later Andy,Josh and Jack installed our beautiful windows. Top guys and they did a fantastic job!Amazing how quick and efficient they installed them.Mrs came home and loved them but did spot some minor issues.Rang up spoke to Ash and he personally came round to rectify.He even took our old for sale post off the wall.Above and beyond is the word! Efficient service from initial enquiry through to install. Chris would installed the doors was really good, very knowledgable. One of the windows I noticed after install was chipped and this was replaced immediately without fuss. Love the look of the doors, they really change the space.

From the quote to installation I cannot tell you what an excellent experience we have had with the Manchester window factory. They were really helpful with advice at the quote with what we should go for. They quoted then and there a really good price. They gave us an installation date, installation happened on that date. The people were friendly, tidy, fast and efficient. I would defiantly use them again. We used them for back no fold doors and a large patio window.

Fantastic bespoke made sash windows to replace out 120 year old single glazed sash. Amazing finish with the UPVC wood effect that you cannot tell the difference versus the old ones but make the house so much warmer. Excellent service from start to finish with Danny providing some great suggestions and expertise, fantastic and polite fitters who left the house tidy and great follow-up after completion. Would definitely recommend!

An allround positive experience
The friendly team turned up on time for fitting a new patio door to my kitchen. Without making a mess they dismantled the old door and fitted the new one to my full satisfaction.
I had chosen Manchesterwindowfactory after a search on the internet and would strongly recommend them.

We used Manchester Window Factory to replace almost all the windows in our house. The whole process was really professional, from initial survey to completion of the job. The windows are really good quality and the job was completed in a week (remarkable!) and to a very high standard. There was hardly any mess inside or remedial work to do around the frames and the fitters were very personable. We can't recommend this company highly enough.

Very professional . the quality of the workmanship was excellent. The lads always cleared up after themselves. They turned up on time and wasted no time in getting the windows out. The whole company is very professional from the first quotes to someone coming round because I had a slight problem with one of the doors. which was fixed the following day. Very pleased with this company would definitely recommend to anybody who is looking to get their windows replaced.

Great company, efficient, knowledgeable, helpful and not trying to do a hard sell.
The customer service is great. Always responded to enquiries and very prompt response.
The reason for deducting a star is that the work when completed had a few issues that took follow up visits to fix. But the team was helpful and responsive and all was sorted in the end.
I would recommend them.

Firm kept in touch and our beautiful heritage French Windows were installed early by the fitter who measured up at the start. The job was finished quickly and the fitters cleaned and tidied the area. Would highly recommend.

The bow bay window was installed completely in under a day. The installation team were careful to protect carpets from dirt. They were very efficient and professional; they left eh site perfectly clean and tidy. The window was well made and matches the other front windows of the house very well. The front bedroom where this new window has been installed is now much warmer and much quieter (the new window is triple glazed). This is the third project we have asked MWF to undertake as we so pleased with previous two projects. We may approach MWF to undertake a fourth project in the spring.

We had our patio door replaced. Fantastic service throughout the whole process, the fitters did a great job and didn’t leave any mess. Would recommend MWF to anyone.

Good communication, showed up on time etc. The work took longer than planned but the guys did a good job. The window has only been in one week so I can't comment on longevity etc, but good so far.

Contact with the company was excellent throughout - from design to fitting, everyone involved was friendly, helpful and professional. They helped us clarify exactly what we needed in designing our new front door and side windows. They turned up when they said they would and did an excellent job with the fitting, including being very considerate with noise levels. Crucially, the end result looks fabulous and has already received numerous compliments from neighbours and friends. We would happily recommend them to others.

We had a full set of windows and doors from Manchester window factory. We were happy with the look and the design of the windows and we were happy with the workmanship generally. The fitting went smoothly and the fitters were professional and tidy. We particularly liked the way in which they rebuilt our bay at the front of the house which was a large job. When we had a problem with our front door, MWF quickly sorted out the locks so there was no inconvenience.

We encountered a couple of problems with the glass in the front door, which was eventually sorted out to our satisfaction and we were happy with the end result of the new glass.

Overall Manchester window factory did an excellent job. They were friendly and understanding at all times. Our only concern was the length of time it took to complete the work and that was the one drawback-but we got there in the end!

MWF fitted triple track patio doors that look great. We were warned that some decorating might be necessary but none needed.
Salesman very knowledgeable and helpful.
All fitters polite and left job tidy. And arrived when promised.
Fitting of doors didn’t go smoothly due to circumstances beyond MWF’s control. Glass supplier sent wrong glazing and locking mechanism broke. Both Alex, MD and Ash, office manager visited to apologise in person. Both made regular telephone calls to advise how and when the problems would be resolved.
You learn more about a company when they encounter problems with a job.
I highly recommend MWF and I wouldn’t hesitate to ask them to replace any other doors and windows if needed.
