Karen was great, good energy and great skills when managing such a large group of us. She took time to watch each of us during practical side and to ask questions to through out the whole day :)

Needed this to refresh my knowledge of first aid and gain more confidence in my ability to help others. Being able to be more hands on and experience the actual situation was definitely beneficial.
Jo was very understanding of my previous experience giving CPR, this helped me to engage in the training, thank you much appreciated

Jo brought a great energy to the course that made what has been quite a tedious experience in the past with other providers a really fun and enjoyable day.

Fantastic first aid course. Online training very clear and easy to understand.Jo’s training was fab. She explains everything in terms that are understandable. Her knowledge is extensive and she makes it fun.

I’ve been a Chikdminder for 18 years and have attended many first Aid courses, I found this the most interesting one I’ve done, we got to use epi pens and a defib, never In all the years have we used one but jo let us try it 🥰 jos a excellent trainer and we had lots of fun whilst learning along the way

Jo was a fantastic instructor! She put her own funny twist on everything and kept you engaged. I was absolutely dreading the day having done them previously and nearly walked out as soon as I arrived but she was great from the start and set the tone for the day!

Very well put together by lead, friendly great sense of humour. Put everyone at ease in the group whilst delivering a very skilled training session.

I really enjoyed learning more about first aid training especially paediatric first aid training. I Iearned more about the differences between adult and paediatrics CPR.

Jo was an excellent trainer who explained everything in a really easy way, which made the training interesting and interactive.

Training with Jo was amazing today!!! I had such a good time and learnt so much. I would recommend this course for everyone!! Absolutely brilliant.

Jo was brilliant she's a very good first aid trainer i enjoyed it very much.

I really enjoyed the online learning course, I felt it was a little long considering we then had a full day of training too. However, it was very helpful as it helped to build my confidence and give a good refresher to my memory about first aid before doing the full day training. I felt much more prepared and able to answer questions and had a better understanding of what to do and how to do it. I also thought that it touched upon topics like sickle cell which other training courses have not done before.

Great trainer, no question was too much.

I found the course very interesting , helpful, I learnt a lot from todays course & really enjoyed it , & the trainer was so lovely

As always Jo made the course fun but without taking away any of the important learning.
