Informative, yet fun, course. Emma was amazing and made us all at ease with her friendliness and delivery of the course

I really enjoyed the first aid session with David yesterday. He made the morning very entertaining but also taught us some really useful life saving skills in a really engaging way. I now feel more confident about being able to perform CPR and using a defibrillator.

Great to gain knowledge and awareness of first aid in early years setting. Team building activities were good and well explained information on different aspects.

The trainer Jo was so detailed and poured into us a much wealth of knowledge on first aid course. it was so interactive and very lively, I enjoy her style of teaching very excellent.

Jo-anne made it enjoyable whilst being informative. She shared stories whilst keeping confidentiality which encouraged people to share there experiences and engage more.

My first aid training was amazing! I felt very comfortable and I was made to feel welcome during my time on the course. I feel I learnt so much and definitely feel confident with any first aid I may need to carry out in the future.

What a fabulous morning. We learnt all about CPR and defibrillators. The trainer Jo was brilliant. Made us all feel at ease right from the start and was so warm and approachable. Plus very funny and made something which is a serious subject a little lighter. I would defo recommend Jo and the training given on this course was great.

Without a doubt the best training I’ve been on, Jo was amazing, she made it fun and relatable and so different from PowerPoint boringness! Would highly recommend training with Manchester First Aid!
