I have noticed a real difference since taking these, feeling much more alert and awake in the day and sleeping better at night. Will be recommending to my friends.

Great product and business. Have just signed up to a subscription of Day as really noticed a difference in my energy levels.

Bought these for me but tried the sleep one for my son who usually struggles to sleep (he is 15). He absolutely loves them and says they help him massively every night. He notices if he hasn't had them.
Giving it a 4 * as the delivery hasn't been amazing but I am sure these are just teething problems for a new idea :)
I have signed up to the subscription as I believe in this product.

Wow! I love this product so much. I’ve tried other mushroom blends but these are now my favourite. The day capsule has given me so much more focus and mental clarity and I noticed my skin was glowing after only a few days. The night capsule has given me such a deep and restful sleep and I have so much more energy throughout the day now. They come beautifully packaged and customer service was fantastic too. So impressed and have been recommending to everyone!

I’ve been taking the night time supplement for three nights now and all I can say is I am seriously impressed with the results. I’m a post menopausal 48 year old woman who has struggled with sleep since going through early menopause in my 30s.
