Overall I liked the outcome the staff was pushing for more money. However, the price I had to pay after the case got settled felt like daylight robbery. I ended up paying 74% of my winnings.

This company has been advertising that they can help both council housing and privately rented tenants to claim for compensation for bad living conditions. I contacted the company and sent them images of the conditions that I have been living in for over 20 years and that my landlord has not fixed they said that I look like I would qualify to gain compensation for the living conditions I have been living in. Many days, emails, WhatsApp messages, text messages later I managed to have a phone call with someone from the company, after they messed us around quite a few times not calling when they said they would call, they eventually said that we could only claim for compensation if we were staying in the property and the compensation would be for what we were going to fix in the property.

This is not compensation for the living conditions and what person is going to remain in a property that they have to pay for to fix everything? The solicitors are absolutely shocking and they are advertising something that they are not actually offering.

Malone and White have conducted themselves in a thoroughly professional manner. Their diligence in endeavouring to resolve my case is testimony to their approach in putting the client first.
