Make Water Pure Bewertungen

Trust is the most important word in our world today and should follow us around as our knight in shining armour throughout our lives. Trust should sit at the heart of every decision, action or inaction that we make, and in the modern world it is very rare for an individual or corporation to deliver on trust when there is no obligation to do so, yet two days ago One's head motor on a MWP water distiller bought 3 years ago, failed (please note now outside of their obligatory 2 year warranty period ) A simple polite request for a replacement head resulted in a complimentary head been despatched that same day and delivered by 2 pm the next day. A decision to buy something should never be based on the price alone, but on the true cost. After sales advice service, empathy and loyalty is priceless, especially when investing in a product that relates to One's health. Trust in Faith is both priceless and invaluable. Make Water Pure have evidenced and acted in trust at all times during One's 3 years period of knowing and recommending them their services and products with Faith to One's family and friends. Thank you Make water pure, may God bless you and your families.

A fantastic purchase! The distiller has been on daily, since the first hour it arrived! Both my daughters’ exzema is already clearing up. Excellent and efficient customer service. Can’t recommend highly enough. Thank you!

Bought a 6litre distiller from make water pure, came the next day, well packaged and with clear instructions. My mate saw how much poisons were filtered out from the tap water and decided to buy one also, I used the referral scheme and received my reward the same day. Fantastic customer experience.

Great idea I liked the sound of it so I bought one after 3 weeks broke down fan stopped and the off on button fell of so I contacted them and they told me they would send some one around to pick it up so far no problem, after 2 weeks my machine was returned fixed well I thought so the off on button glued back in but the fan was not fixed to be honest I thought I should of had a new one not fixed anyway contacted the guys again and they where quite rude with me and they picked up again and another 2 weeks it returned, with in 2 weeks the on off button fell of again so I glued it in my self as I didn’t want to deal with these guys again after the machine had already been away to be fixed 2 times and they where rude to me !! The button fell of so many times that I gave up with it
My 2nd problem with the machine even though the machine filters all the rubbish out of the water it does something else to the water it takes the ph out of the water I was putting water in the machine with a high ph above 7.5 and it was coming out of the machine after filtering at under 6.3 not good waste of money it’s now in the bin

Customer service excellent, helped me with all my questions. I have just had a operation, want maximum healing, water is a must to healing why not have the very best water.you deserve it!
I have now cancelled my bottled water delivery, as purifying my own water.will not only be cost effective..but will enhance my own health.and if you do not have your own health, you do not have your wealth.
What a genius fantastic easy way to ensure hydration is of the only best quality!!
Thank you so much
And cheers!!

Thank you for a quick hassle free service and a really great product. I’m so happy with my new distiller.

I've been using the water distillers from Makewaterpure for years. The distillers last and it is easy and fairly cheap to replace parts. I love the fact that my distiller came with carbon filters for extra clean water and citric acid for super easy cleaning of the container. Also, delivery and service are fast and always friendly. Great company with high moral toward customers. Thank you.

Okay after some communication issues the water distiller arrived, works fine.

I have been using my first distiller from MWP for around 1 year and 5 months and all of a sudden it stopped working and I quickly got in touch with them and a lady called Lucy helped me and sorted the problem ASAP and Im very happy with their service, credit where credit is due, Lucy was great and I will purchase another distiller from MWP real soon....George

Pretty simple to install and get going.

Love the taste of the water and tank is easy to clean. It's being used everyday and the 3 litres is enough for drinking water for my family of 4.

Would reccomend to anyone who wants to reduce the tap and bottled water usage.

My more expensive distiller from another company stopped working after only 2 years. So when I saw that Make Water Pure was doing a 6 Litre one unlike anywhere else, I decided to try it. It arrived yesterday and so far I am very impressed. The design is much better than my previous one as there is a lip in the lid to enable the top to be lifted off easily..and it does open up much easier than my previous model from another company. It is also quicker....6 litres in under 4.5 hours, unlike my previous make which took 5.5 hours for 4 litres.
I also want to thank the clear and helpful customer service I received from Lucy. From reviews I see it is standard to be this thorough and helpful, again something I did not receive from the other company previously.
I have also just noticed their replacement parts which is something other companies don't offer. Also, the filters are more reasonable than the other company I bought from. One note of caution, when I rinsed the filter first of all that came free with it, I overdid it and squeezed it too hard so it ended up breaking apart. It is like a large tea bag so once wet shouldn't be man-handled too much as I obviously did! Thankfully the replacements are not a stupid price so lesson learnt and no big deal. I'm looking forward to using my machine, please God, for many years to come!

Very good product and service is excellent and very quick delivery. And if you need help and support they are there and very kind.

I love this product and also the people working here , becsuse they are so nice and helpful. Thank you from the heart

Since my previous review, Jamie, the owner of the company, has been in touch and apologised unreservedly for the after sales service I experienced. After consideration and judging from the other and many positive reviews, I am inclined to believe that my experience is not typical. Things can go wrong in any omapny - it is the way in which it is handled afterwards that matters.

I would like to now re-evaluate and give the company 4 stars...one star has been held back due to the undue inconvenience caused.

Wonderful service and very very pleased with the machine

Really like their service, and exceeded my expectations. Would definitely use them again.

I highly recommend this company! Not only does the company owner give excellent customer service and good advice but I have been using their quality water distiller for years! It is made from good quality stainless steel and not cheap aluminium (which is harmful to the body) like some of the cheaper brand ones you can buy, which apparently don't last. This distiller provides excellent quality, pure, drinking water and I love the fact that you can buy separate replacement parts, if required, once the guarantee ends, rather than the whole unit, which would cost a lot more. This to me proves the honesty of this company. It's rare for me to write a review so they must be good! :o)

The destillers from makewaterpure work really well, easy to use and has been really beneficial. I’ve had it for +2 years, and I feel the health benefits. Also makes cooking taste better. Customer service is excellent. To just see what remains of tab water here in Holland after 20L is quite disturbing, in Paris i’s even worse just after a couple of uses. Just a curiousity, even with a “natural” fluoride in The Hague is 0,18mg/L, that’s a full 5mg per week, that’s 2,6g a year. That and all the other junk that’s floating around, I’m really grateful that this company makes such good destillers, which make actually really delicious pure drinking water. Thanks!

Lucy has been very helpful to us, she is very efficient and supportive. I bought a machine 3month ago, definitely worth having it! Thank you Lucy for being there for us!

I recently had my Distiller serviced. It was returned to me looking very sparkly and almost new and of course was in good working condition.

About three or 4 months on, in the heat of the weather we've been having, the Distiller broke down. I contacted Make Water Pure and got quick service in responding and dealing with my query. I am now awaiting replacement part for my Distiller.

Service is key whenever I am ordering anything. Happy to recommend Make Water Pure and their Distillers anytime.
