I only had the app for 10mins
I only had the app for 10mins, it spams the hell out of my email, has asked me to download 3 more apps, havent qualified for any surveys, its slow, and freezes up.

I'm sorry for your frustration. We are constantly working on adding additional sources of surveys and improving the matching algorithm. But it may take a couple tries when you first start out to qualify for your first survey. Most surveys have pre-qualification questions. As a new user, our system does not know that much about you, so it has to make guesses about which surveys you might qualify for. As you answer more pre-qualification questions, your profile gets built up and the system is able to match you to surveys more accurately.
You mentioned having "the app for 10 mins" - is it possible you're referring to a mobile app you downloaded from a different website/company? MakeSurveyMoney is a website, not a downloadable mobile app.
As far as email is concerned, you can unsubscribe from all MakeSurveyMoney email at any time. On the unsubscribe screen, there are options to selectively unsubscribe from the specific kinds of email you aren't interested in. For example, if you no longer want matching survey alerts. You may have opted-in to Rewards Mail when you registered (where you can earn cash simply for viewing valuable offers from advertisers in email), but you can opt-out of Rewards Mail at any time as well.

When I try to register and sign up with you guys, the site doesn’t work, all I get is nothing but half of the registration and a blank screen every time. Doesn’t make me very happy.

This used to be my go to survey site to earn money I was cashing out weekly, but over the last couple of months it's declined, surveys freeze so you have to exit out which causes your score to go down, most surveys take way longer than stated and the one that aggravates me the most is the last few days I will complete a survey and get told I didn't qualify to be credited for said survey which is bull it's just a way for them to get the answers and not pay you for it. And you don't get anywhere with their customer service. So disappointed I hope things go back to how they were

scam
one of the worst surveys sites. they constantly disqualify you. reduct your quality score. so you can't doing any surveys. over all rude customer service. chances of getting of money off here are slim out best. avoid at all cost.
