The screen we ordered had a mistake in the manufacturing. When I contacted customer service, they responded right away, and are correcting the problem and sending me a new screen free of charge.

The magnetic mosquito screens I received are great! Nice mesh, magnetic closure and fit are perfect. These screens are definitely superior to the ones I bought from another company years ago.
