I purchased the Magicshine RN1200 about 1 year ago and used it every single day with no issues. However one day unfortunately my light turned on while it was in my bag which caused the lens to burn and the light to burn a hole through my bag too. After contacting customer services they were happy to offer me a brand new light free of charge with no questions asked. Just 2 days later the replacement light arrived! I was very pleased with the level of customer service they offered and this makes me much more inclined to purchase another light from them in the near future.

Top quality products at a very reasonable price. My SeeMee 400 is an excellent light. I had a small pairing problem with it and Nick from MagicShine solved it right away

Great lights for both road and time trial set ups. The photochromic glasses are also very good quality for the price. Along with great customer service and shipping, I 100% recommend them.

First of all I purchased the EVO 1700 UT purple edition light. Apparently it doesn't come with a mounting bracket. So basically like buying a car with no wheels. Website didn't state this, but did state ‘mounting MJ6538’ , underneath the item, whatever that means. I found out when I received my light that I should have clicked on ‘mountingMJ6538’ when I realised it didn’t come with any sort of fixing or bracket. Customer service came straight back to me quite quickly stating I should have clicked on the mounting tab as I would have got it for a tenner. So I then had to buy the bracket separately for over £16. Sure they could gave honoured the tenner. Anyway. Ordered the Magicshine bracket from Amazon. Bracket has turned up, and on fixing to my handlebars the hinge has simply snapped off. So not had a great experience with these guys.

I bought a rear light - the SEEMEE 400 ANT+
It is really bright - currently using in summer daytime and it can be clearly seen. i feel much safer using this. The mount is easy so it can be put on and off quickly. Battery life seems decent for a bright light. Its easy to use and I would highly recommend buying.
The company itself was easy to deal with with quick shipping.

Great products

I brought the Monteer 12000 about a year ago it has been amazing always lighting my path down the trails as well as other riders due to its amazing light travel.
The battery is also a really good power bank too when im not using the light.
The only issue i have with it is the requirement to use an allen key to remove the light.

I bought my Seemee R300 Radar and already almost one year , filling better with protection from behind. In the beginning connection was not possible to work properly, but already 5 months ago problem is fixed. Radar catch car and inform me in advance for car. Automatically detection car increased light for attend car . Battery is keeping enough time and no need to be charged every day. Additional bike light front HORI 1300 is great help for driving. Fully recommended and i am very happy with my radar R300 Magicshine. In present moment i never used Customer service for help.

I bought the Magicshine 100 about 2 years ago. Still going strong, super light .

Bought some Magicshine VTG1000 lights for my Brompton. I've been using them over the winter, into the spring and even as daytime running lights during summer. I absolutely love them. They feel premium and have lots of battery life. They fit very nicely the the Brompton and really compliment the aesthetic. I ordered directly from Magicshine and would highly recommend.

I really like the magic shine lights clear and easy to control reliable and I can be seen for miles.

Great products ordered when existing purchases had reached the end of their long life with me after plenty of hard use. It has been good to see how the technology has moved on with my recent purchases (Seeme rear and Allty front lights) over the ones I bought years ago.
The order was completed with delivery in about a week. I'd recommend these lights, they certainly do the trick and I feel a lot safer with them.

The Monteer 6500 has proven to be very reliable with plenty of battery life and accurate read outs to avoid having to guess how much power is left

The product is great. Really good lights with clear beams and a good spread pattern, light weight and a good selection of modes (solid, flash etc).

Their prices are very competitive, even more so if you buy one of the bundles / sets.

Great customer service as well. I ordered on a Sunday afternoon, but my computer had a hiccup and I ended up placing 2 duplicate orders in error. I thought only one had gone through, but I received a call within an hour from one of the team at MagicShine (on a Sunday afternoon) asking if I really had wanted 2 duplicate orders. They quickly resolved the issue for me, cancelling one order and refunding one of the payments. No hassle, no chasing from me - they were all over it before I had even noticed the problem. 5-star service.

I'll definitely be buying my lights from them in future, and recommend that others do as well.
