Cheryl smith has gone above and beyond building our Disney Orlando holiday package, nothing was too much trouble, very reassuring and extremely knowledgeable and got us the best deal we had to snap it up! I highly recommend magic breaks and even more so Cheryl ! Thank you so much I went into this like looking for a needle in a haystack didn’t know where to start trying to find our dream holiday! Originally spoke to Kerry from Magic Breaks as needed to check/change some details for an upcoming trip to DLP, she was so friendly, helpful and fast to reply to emails that when we was booking to go back again we got straight in touch with her and booked directly, she always goes above and beyond and nothing is too much trouble, highly recommended and also thanks again for all the help!

I booked my Florida holiday via email with a lovely sales adviser named Cheryl.
I booked flights, hotel, park tickets and car hire all together. Cheryl was very patient with me while I checked out the hotels and distances etc, and adjusted the details accordingly. I really couldn’t have booked this holiday without her help, so thanks Cheryl! I highly recommend doing it by email. It’s much easier and I do believe they can get you the best deal. Mine certainly was! 😆

Cheryl has been really helpful, giving useful advice and tips and making the booking process really simple for us. She kept quotes clear and despite me changing my mind many times she managed to find us exactly what we were looking for.

Alex was phenomenal in helping me plan and book my first trip to Disneyland Paris for my family of 5. She was professional, answered any questions and concerns I had especially being a first time traveller to Disney. She had a great knowledge and background of Disney which really helped. This is the second time I've used Magic Breaks to book a theme park holiday - this time it was to book a trip to Efteling in The Netherlands, a park they've just started working with.

This is a tough one because I’ve used them in the past and loved them. Just tried to use them again and a different experience. Here is where they work. Filling out the form for a new booking and getting a confirmation and form back to pay and book. That part is great! Where it breaks down is if you need customer support. I’ve been emailing with the. For two weeks now about changing the dates of one room and adding an additional date. Very long gaps in responses and two weeks later I still have no confirmation. Tried to take it off email and no luck. The what’s ap is a bot and tells you no agents available. When you call they have a message telling you to email them. If your looking for personal customer service unfortunately they don’t seem to be the agents to turn to.

Can't fault our experience with Magic Breaks. Second time booking a trip to Disneyland Paris with Magic Breaks and everything was sorted for us without issues. Special thanks to Alex who assisted in booking our trip. Most helpful, and quick to respond to my requests, sending a quote and processing our booking. And at 8.30 pm on Christmas Eve no less. I want to thank you again for all your help.

Started looking at deals today for visiting Disney next year, Alex was super helpful with the whole process. Sent me over all the details and checked the best deal for me. I also made an error on one of the dates of births which was fixed instantly with no problems.
