I am really struggling to get hold of…
I am really struggling to get hold of anyone from magic breaks. I phone the helpline and get a ‘oh it’s not my department’. I email them, and get no response. I sit on the phone line for 40mins and get hun up on. I get referred to another email address which doesn’t even work and kicks my concerns back.
You sit on the chat box for over an hour and nobody is replying. I travel in three days and have urgent enquiries about the fact I have not received all the travel documentation to do so. It’s very frustrating to do any sort of editing a booking, or speak to a human because nobody wants to talk to you after they have taken your money.
I am still sat here 2hours later with no reply from your AI bot and being passed left right and centre with nobody actually talking to me. I would never book with this company again an advise others against it also.

Quick and stress free way to book a Disney holiday
Booking was quick and easy and being able to add on extras such as photo pass and transport made it a stress free process. Loved being able to sign up for a reminder when tickets went on sale.

Very busy launch day for the Disney…
Very busy launch day for the Disney Paris bookings. Lisa W. couldn’t have been more helpful and patient. Called me back when she said she would and made the booking easy and straightforward. Excellent customer service and customer experience. I’m already a repeat customer and will continue to use Magic breaks.

Brilliant service
Brilliant service! Highly recommend! The best bit was everything was organised for us from the EuroStar to the transfer from Gare-du-Nord. A driver was waiting for us when we arrived and it was feet up and relax from the moment we set off from London. We were able to check in online for Disney Hotel and head straight to the park. On the day before we were due to head home we got a notification that our Eurostar had been cancelled but MagicBreaks caught the cancellation - contacted me immediately and changed us onto another train and rebooked our transfer! Can you imagine being in Disney and getting a train cancellation and having to phone around trying to sort that out - it would have been hours of hassle but MagicBreaks did it all for us so we didn't have to worry. We felt like VIPS! So so happy we used MagicBreaks!! Totally worth it and wouldn't recommend anything else!
