I had to contact live chat recently because I had a slight issue with a promotion. I was connected straight away and had the pleasure of speaking to an extremely friendly advisor named Thomas. He was professional, efficient and took the time to ensure my problem was resolved and that id received all the help I needed. He didn’t keep me waiting for more than a few moments whilst he looked into it and he resolved everything quickly. He was patient whilst I typed my messages, which sometimes takes me a little while lol and he also responded to each of my messages with thank goodness, no sign at all of a pre written script being pasted (which is something I’ve experienced previously with other live help chats, and I absolutely hate that). I’ve really been enjoying the site so I’m reassured that help is there in an instant if needed. All in all I’m very pleased with the service I received and I hope all staff are as pleasant and helpful. Thank you.

Waste of money - £250 deposited, not one feature! I liked a slot game on another site and won loads, tried on this site most I won is about £8, spend your money elsewhere, wish I did lol!

The website is fixed.
When you are new the website throws bonuses at you. You win at first and then go to withdraw. Withdrawing takes 36 hours. Which is ridiculous!! The next time I deposited I spent 90 pounds which were my winnings I reversed as it took that long to get it back.. and didn’t get a single bonus. It’s a con.
I am a member of several sites and this is the worst and you can tell it is a deliberate con when you play.
The responsible play function is a joke. You have to ring up to limit your spend. There is no function to set deposit limits online.
The wait time to get your money is so that you reverse your win and when you do.. you get NO bonuses.
DO NOT use this site. I think the positive reviews are fake set up by people affiliated with the site.
I used it once and I won’t be using it again.

The first time I played I didn't accept any bonus because I know the wagering requirements are usually high. I lost approx £400. No wins really at all. The second time I went on hesitantly and won over £500. It was pretty much throwing money at me. Went on again and won over another £500. Downsides is the long wait for withdrawals such as the 36 hours pending and not going into paypal account at the weekend. Sometimes games pay out well other times nothing at all. Seems to be from one extreme to the next for me. Alright site.
