Madverse music is a great place to introduce your music to the world. Subscription plans are reasonable, and most importantly, they care for the you.
I had issues and I tried reaching out to them. I was not expecting them to reply soon, and they didn't just do that, but also resolved my issue even before I got to know they were on it.

No human contact over phone is provided. Most of the time you are not able to understand their jorgans and hence not able to resolve the issue.

The dashboard is amazingly simple to understand. It has a lot of features that helped me a lot in releasing and marketing my music and also lets me view my analytics in a structured way. Must use for an indie artist.

Bad support. Never release a song on Madverse or you will regret it. The song release is not on time and will never be released. I regret that I am here because I already bought the annual and I lost my money.

If you are on the RISE plan and need to upgrade to STAR plan they will charge the FULL amount for the STAR plan - not pro-rated for an upgrade from one plan to another. Some service this is!! 😞 Now looking for other alternatives since not confident whether they will spring another surprise given that their support is super slow and unhelpful.

These blo*dy's can't even handle a single release on time, it's been 30 days I released my music and it's still not live, and they are not even responding.

Madverse has failed to honor its payment commitments. After following all their terms and conditions, I was assured my earnings would be paid within 5-7 business days. However, despite multiple follow-ups, they have completely refused to process my rightful earnings. This is highly unprofessional and unethical. Creators, beware before trusting this platform!
