We have just opened a new restaurant in the Rhondda and thought that solar panels and batteries would be a good idea. We were recommended Madola Energy by a friend who had used them in the past and I have to say it was a great recommendation as we had a fantastic service from start to finish.
We would highly recommend them to anyone interested in solar panels and batteries they made everything from start to finish easy for us and a good price as well.

I couldn’t be happier with the service from Gary and the team at Madola Energy. They were professional, efficient, and left everything clean and tidy. Their support didn’t stop at installation — they were fantastic with firmware updates and super helpful when I was getting to grips with the app.

I was originally recommended to them by a good friend, and I’ve since passed on that recommendation to others — they’re genuinely that good. If I could give more than five stars, I would!

With two EVs in the household, the fuel savings alone have been incredible. Combined with the amount of energy we export back to the grid, the entire system paid for itself in under 18 months — and that’s while running a hot tub at 40°C all year round in a four-bedroom house!

From initial contact through to completion of the work Neil and his colleagues, at Madola Energy, have been outstanding.

The price for an upgraded Solar PV system was very competitive. All works were completed to a high standard and in a timely manner. Everyone who worked at my house was polite, helpful and respected my property as if it were their own.
The system once installed was explained to me and I was shown how to use the associated app. It is working like a dream.
Overall, if I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Further to my previous review, the initial installation went well, two nice chaps etc. However, i have found out the after care is nonexistent, since having Madola to install my solar panels we discovered water running through the roof. This has left me with a black mouldy ceiling . Madola have the talk and they sent men to view, the last time 5 weeks ago saying they will get back to me, I have since rung and left a message, no response back. The roof was disturbed during the initial works we had no problems prior and they just dismiss the problem with no response. I left this review before and they phoned and said they would sort my problem if I removed it, I did as they asked but am no further forward with them. Unfortunately I would not recommend them as they do not care for their customers. They also ask for positive feedback. So I can only share the truth of my poor service

I’m thrilled to have had my solar energy installed by two very capable young men, who were professional , capable and through. The speed of the battery installation was fast and I had everything explained in laywoman’s terms which helped . I’m very pleased with the results and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the company.

I recently moved into a house with a pre-existing Solar PV Installation. I needed some of the certifications that had not been provided by the previous owner, and I was very concerned about getting a good response on a system installed in 2022.
I could not of been more surprised!
I found the installation had been carried out by Madola Energy, and a quick phone call later their Excellent staff had provided me with all of the certifications for my installation.

Installation of our Solar Panels was carried out by well trained professionals and we would therefore highly recommend this company. Just today I rang them to assist me with obtaining our MCS Certificate number which was sent to me almost straight away! Can’t fault their service.

A PV system that fitted our property that was quickly installed by courteous and professional fitters that were very tidy.

Installation happened on time as promised and was completed in a few hours. Installation team were most helpful and efficient. Everything was delivered as promised except getting the DNS certificate

Initial contact,survey and customer service very good, team of installers friendly and polite, overall very happy with installation but guys could have cleaned up a little better, empty boxes and paperwork left on site.

We had the scaffold erected on Monday, the solar panels were fitted today by a team from south wales and they were excellent. You could not have had a more helpful and polite team working on your property.
