This is an absolute diabolical company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM IT'S A SCAM!! The dress I ordered was nothing like what they advertised. It was cheap material with a disgusting plastic belt! I've sent several emails, and have had zero replies. Supposedly "Julie" was initially emailing me regarding the delay (Christmas period and Yodel delivery problems) as it said!! What a load of rubbish. I will be going through my bank to get my money back as it is a SCAM for sure!! As people on here have said before it's also false advertising.

BUYER BEWARE!!!! They advertise and describe their items as totally different to what arrives, it is cheap shocking material and nothing like the item on their website. There is no come back I paid £54.95 and they offer 10% back or that you ship it back to China they advertise as a local UK company but just import from Xhina direct to the customer. Their customer service is shocking and delivery took 22 days I would AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Please REFRAIN from the disappointment of ordering any items from this SCAM website.
You may even be offered a full refund if you persist in raising your concerns.
However, you will NOT receive any money and will be I turned its due to your own banks internal processing.
If you do receive an email informing that a full refund will be processed. Your bank then has the right to take direct formal action on your behalf 15 days following the date of the email received.
Banks are fully aware of this SCAM.

I ordered a dress for my wife for Christmas. It looked lovely on the model on the website but what eventually arrived was cheaply, poorly made, hung like an uneven sack and looked nothing like what had been advertised. The company offers "hassle-free" returns but it took a chain of emails to find out where to return to. They'd rather try and put you off with frighteners about how expensive the return shipping charges, which you as customer have to pay apparently, are. They grossly overstate the amount and try and make the process tortuous. How cynical to present this company as a family business set up by a mother to support her child. In my experience, the garments sold are misrepresented and of poor quality and the customer service is about trying to make getting one's money back so difficult that one gives up.

Let’s update
It arrived this afternoon shame that it took so long and to be frank I don’t really like it. The quality is not as I thought it would be and there is a front seam that I am sure was not in the original photo
So I still would advise against purchasing this item
So I still haven't received the goods I ordered and despite the email from Julia saying my order is on the way and they are so excited !! noting has arrived and no response to my queries. I am going to try one more email then will report to credit card company as a fraud/ scam as I think that is what it is

Platitudes, assurances and sign off with 'fashionably yours' really mean nothing when the product ordered does not arrive. Can't comment on quality, didn't get anything. According to dubious tracking, the package is still flying around the world to unspecified 'destinations' and 'facilities' never actually arriving anywhere. Beware, probably scam.
