I haven’t received my order after 2 weeks, I have tried to get in touch with customer services after over a week, nothing. They have taken my money and I still don’t have the products. Absolutely put me off the whole brand and will never purchase this again. Going to take this experience to social media asap.
Here is my tracking number with evri so you can see for yourselves - H00JDA0009045674 with Evri. As you can see it has not even left with them, I understand courier delays however with no response from Made By Mitchell it just tells me they’ve taken my money and ran with it .

I will not purchase anything from Made by Mitchell website anymore. I ordered the blush trio set and next week, PayPal is refunding my money from this purchase. NO ANSWERS TO WHY! This is a bad business practice.

Still have not received my items. Emailed made by Mitchell but no response!

I was missing an item and iv tried contacting made by Mitchell and iv had no response!

I didn’t receive some of my order (6 bundle loneyly hearts blush and mini mystery bag)

After my order was confirmed, it was cancelled days later with no warning and no help has been received when reaching out about the issue.

Order placed 27/12/2022 and still not received. No response from customer service to emails to both Made by Mitchell and Evri. Extremely poor service.

Products amazing such quick delivery also couldn’t fault a thing

I ordered off tiktok shop one of the large makeup cases from mmmitchell. I have ordered lots of products before with no issues so had no concerns about the product delivering. I ordered this on December 7 and it said dispatched on December 9. I still don’t have a product & Evri claim they delivered on December 22. I have tried to contact both mmmitchell & Evri but I’ve had no luck receiving a refund. Tiktok shop have tried to help me claim a refund but it was denied today by the seller due to lack of evidence. How am I meant to provide evidence of a product I haven’t received? This has left me with no choice but to raise a dispute. I really loved the products from this company, but when there’s such a loss like this I will not be using this small business again (which is a shame but necessary). Looking at all the reviews on here, I’m not surprised my customer service has been as bad as it is.

Bought as a birthday present for my daughter (by request) she loves them.

I have still yet to receive my package they decided to refund me because somethings going on with the shipping but then ignore me.

DPD never delivered my parcel and sent it back to the company. I have contacted the customer service email twice with no response as I’m now out of pocket with no item

Shocking experience and I'd urge everyone to stay away from this brand. The owner is happy to post on socials bragging his luxury new house whilst he scams his customers out of money. I had to spam every social media they have, threaten to open a fraud case and nag incessantly to get an acknowledgement.

My order was dispatched on 28/12/22. It sat saying "waiting for carrier pickup" and never changed. I finally got a response on 09/01/23. They told me on 09/01/2023 that evri was "delayed" and that they use that option for tik tok but not on their main site. I said that it's irrelevant, it doesn't matter where I purchased, I should receive my goods. I was offered a refund, so i said I'd be happy just to receive the products but if its unlikely they'll ever come that I'll take the refund. They just refunded me, no apology or explanation. They made no attempt to look for the parcel or try to locate it.

They clearly delete comments on their socials that are negative but they're going up faster than they can keep up with. The proclduct I did receive was good, but the customer service is so poor and its clear the owner only cares about getting rich, so I won't be lining his scamming pockets any further.

I'm one of the lucky ones. People who's orders went missing in November still don't have goods or refunds. Shocking service and trading standards need to be involved.

I never received my order. I placed my order on 12/12/22. I received tracking but whenever I click on it, there's no updated information letting me know the status of my order. I since went back to the made by mitchell site and it no says that they're not accepting international orders, I wish I would have known that before placing my order and spending my money.

I never received my order and my emails have gone unanswered by the customer service team.
So disappointed!

Extremely dissatisfied as only received 2 out of the 3.
Emailed customer services asking for them to send out the missing product several times but they refused citing that it wouldn’t be here for Christmas.
Replied to say that if it came after Christmas it wouldn’t be a problem as it’s a set.
Still refused.
I don’t want to have to buy the trio again to get the one that was missing.

Finally got the goods! Dhl does not show the up dates but I got my products safe and sound. Love the colour cases! And the blursh ufff!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ love love love! It is the first time I buy, it takes 6 weeks to get deliver to Mexico but It worth the waith! I’m the first One to get Made By Mitchell Cosmetics in my country!
