I received my order and I am missing the Lonely Hearts Club Six Piece bundle. I also did not receive Toned Up in my Bronzed Blursh bundle instead I got two caramel chizel. I reached out to customer service on Dec 27 and still haven’t heard anything from anyone.

I never received one of the items in my order. I tried on several occasions to contact via a contact form as this was the only option given to contact, I never received a reply.

I ordered an eyeshadow brush set. This never arrived, only the eyeshadow brush bag. I sent several direct messages on Instagram and several emails. I have a whole makeup bag of made by Mitchell products and support this small business but I won’t be buying again. I’ve totally lost £20 that I spent.

Ordered a mini mystery bundle. Came in 3 days. Package was perfect!!

Customer service is absolutely inexistant. I messaged them through TikTok regarding a lipgloss that came broken but they didn’t bother replying at all. I opened a TikTok support ticket but no response from them either. For a brand that is so present on social media I would expect a hell of a lot more

I hate to be a Karen and I would love to give Made by Mitchell a better review as I genuinely love his products and think they’re amazing; I’ve given two stars instead of one purely for the quality of the products I have received. But the customer service has been so appalling that it’s practically non existent, and I’m now thinking that I have been scammed. I have messaged four/five times through the website in the past month but I haven’t received a response, and the chat function on TikTok shop is an automated bot. I ordered a Blursh Bronzed and an eyeliner bundle in the Black Friday sales. The package was delivered on 13th Dec containing only the Blursh, but my delivery email and order status say that both items were delivered. The eyeliner bundle has not arrived separately and as mentioned above, I can not get a single response from Made by Mitchell. It’s so frustrating and I’ve genuinely never known a ‘brand’ to have so little customer service before. Definitely avoid ordering, unless you can somehow find a way to get in touch with them when your items are undelivered.

Do not order from this site, incomplete order sent. Numerous calls and emails send. All ignored!!!

Delivery was fast but missing products.
I emailed about refund or sending out the missing product and still haven’t heard anything back about it.
Disappointed as was a Christmas gift.

Ordered on 3 December colour cases. After 3 weeks I massaged them about the order and they said to check it. After 1.5 week I get massage that they send me back my money. I didn't asked for that. I just wanted the products even if I had to wait longer. Now colour cases are not available anymore and I don't have idea when they're gonna be back in stock.

Didn’t receive my Black Friday items. Two weeks after I paid I was refunded with no reason why. I reached out several times to find out what happened, nobody responded. Makes me super wary of ordering again.

My Daughter ordered a 6 piece mystery bundle and received a 3 piece glass skin set. We have sent two follow up emails which have been ignored.
I would not recommend this company, as they rip off teenage girls.
I have also left a negative review on their site which has not been added. I would not trust the reviews on the site as they obviously only display favourable ones.

I have not received my package and have not received a response about any update

Delivered on time...my daughter was thrilled with the mystery bundle...all the products have ticked all her boxes the blursh's are amazing....will def order more ❤
