I've been buying from Mad Diet since the very beginning. There is no-one else I trust more than Suzanne, the owner, for her willingness to share her vast knowledge, with great intention. The products are second to none, no cheap fillers in these capsules, and you can really feel them working. And their own olive oil is just superb. Totally recommended to all.

Brilliant company! Free nutritionalist advice over the phone, very down to earth, no hard sell at all just good unhurried information. Products are first rate, no fillers or artificial anything. Effective and clean. I wouldn't buy from anyone else.

The products are great, no fillers and no additives. If you need help the phone line is excellent. Price is amazing considering the content, delivery is quick.

Excellent supplements... I've been taking the big four for a few months now and I definitely feel the difference, mentally and physically. I've noticed less anxious worries and less brain fog! I just feel more positive. I also noticed a difference with my tummy fat... Definitely reduced, probably down to the magnesium and probiotic. Produced in the UK, no fillets, easy to take capsules. Brilliant!

Mad Diet are a super company. I have been getting their products for the past year or so, and I had an issue today where I was left short of money and couldn't fulfil a payment. I called their customer services, they had a software update issue and said they'd call me back in 10 mins. 5 mins later, a lovely Scottish lady called back...she not only helped me out with my refund but offered me a goodwill gesture as well. I honestly haven't had customer service like that as long as I can remember...which is why I love supporting these smaller ethical companies, because they actually care about the people they are serving rather than just rinsing us for money! Thank you Mad Diet, I will continue to support you and spread the word about your awesomeness! xxx

I have been buying mad diet supplements for over 3 years, spent a lot of money with them and been a very good customer. The product itself is decent in quality and will arrive in good time. The problem arises when you have a query or need to get hold of someone about your order. I sent an email enquiring about my order, no reply. I have sent repeated emails with absolutely no response from mad diet at all. After several weeks and repeated emails, i am giving up and will be taking my business elsewhere.
The customer service is non existent and that means i don't trust the company anymore.
