Great service, great product.

In general very happy with product but the charger you sent doesn't seem to work and battery seems to take a long time to charge when I do use the one from my iPhone.

Excellent service. Ordered late in the day and arrived early the next day. The iPad was in superb condition like new and packaged with the utmost care and very impressed with the inflatable iPad bag used. These guys clearly are professionals and know what they are doing.

I’ll be using them again for sure.

Product is spot on but we did not receive a plug to charge the device, only got the cable

EDITED: MacTwo responded quickly, as can be seen below, and sent 2 replacement leads very swiftly in the post. I have now changed to 5 stars, not just for the iPad and leads but also for their customer service. Very good service, good products and speedy delivery, all during the pandemic. Nice one guys!

I would give the purchase a 5 star (as I did with the same purchase a week before) however the charging lead that came with the iPad Mini2 does not work. I have now tested it on all our devices and it definitely fails! But other than that, the device itself is in good condition.

Excellent product and service. Although the imac I purchased is seven years old, it came with the latest OS and a new Apple wireless keyboard + mouse, so looks and feels almost as good as new.

Didn't want to spend much to replace very old iPad. The refurbished iPad air from mactwo has been an excellent purchase so far. An old iPad but in great condition, came in a case, good battery and screen in tip top condition still. All in all excellent value for what is essentially a second iPad for basic web/document viewing and a few apps. No problems found after using for a week.
