Long wait but worth it in the end.
I waited 10 months for my keyboard due to supply issues. All along I was informed and thanked for my patience. In the end, the store (Erina) had to close but my keyboard was in the country. I believe even the CEO assisted by picking up my keyboard to ensure I got it before the store had to close down. Pretty impressed and thankful. Macron will continue to have my business.

Great Experience at Friends Macron Music
Macron’s customer service and support is excellent. They don’t scoff at price negotiation and came out with a price that will either match or beat competitors. Their new store is less of a shop, more of a lounge experience where you can relax on a couch, test Instruments and chat away felling comfortable. I have complete confidence that the Fender PO-220E they ordered will be thoroughly tested before I pick it up. I have bought from Macron before and I’m always happy with the products. Next I will be looking at the Gretsch G2655 Streamliner Center Block Jr. Double-Cut w/ V-Stoptail (ForgeGlowMaple) and Amp. Or maybe a Tele or Strat. Thanks Kim, see you soon to pick up my new baby.

Monitor delivery
Item was set aside at sale price and after some minor drama doing the online purchase the guys set it up and it got to my Adelaide door 2 days later!

Excellent service
The customer service I received from Kim was exceptional. He was not only knowledgeable but extremely helpful, friendly and courteous. I had not been in a music store for years & Kim made this experience so welcoming. I would highly recommend Macron Music to anyone. Plus beautiful guitars!!

Leon in drums took the time to work on a custom order and ensure it was submitted in time to avoid a DW price increase. He was great to deal with and demonstrated the service level that has me come back and not go to the net for my gear. A legendary effort and great guy to talk all things drums with!
