We have found, in the short time we have been with them to be highly effective, knowledgeable and reliable.

Lee and his team come very highly recommended. As somebody new to PPC and online advertising it seemed like a minefield for me. Lee explained things in a logical way and he certainly is an expert in his field. As a new business pricing was also very important for me and Mabo Media charged a very competitive rate for their services. I do and will continue to use them in the future.

At first I was a little frustrated with certain aspects of the service, but these issues were diagnosed, discussed and resolved after having a conversion with Lee.

I have no doubt of the ability and knowledge of Mabo Media, their pricing for smaller businesses is also extremely fair.

Having managed our own PPC account for a number of years, we realised that we simply could not keep up with the constant changes to Ad Words, and a such were not getting the best possible performance from our account. We had tried a number of PPC agencies, and all without doubt knew less about PPC than we did, despite their polished sales pitches. Mabo, on the other hand have been consummate professionals, their knowledge of Ad Words is second to non. They have taken a genuine interest in our products and our company and have performed as if they were part of our own team.
Would give them 6 stars if it was possible!

Review text: "As a small retailer with one shop and an online store I needed some help to maximise my online presence and had no idea where to begin. When Mabo first contacted me, there was something about their honest and down to earth approach. They weren't being pushy and salesy. I had received at least 2 calls and emails a week from other companies wanting to look after my adwords but did not have the same gut feeling about them as I did with Mabo. I needed to understand and trust the guys dealing with my adwords. I wasn't quite ready for Mabo's services to begin with but after a couple of months I called them and they allocated me with my own account manager. He has been patient and explains everything to me clearly and always has time for a call if I need it explained further - which is most of the time.
I am now happy to say that my online sales have increased and my google billing has halved. Brilliant service!

We worked with these guys before they branched out on their own and they did a fantastic job for us. Then they left and we had had much lesser mortals managing our PPC with the subsequent massive nose-dive in performance coupled with increased costs. Our account is maintained regularly but what set's them apart from the other agencies that I have used is that they never become complacent. They continuously search out new areas to improve on and genuinely care about the business and what we're trying to achieve.

Having worked with Lee and his team for a number of years I have always found them to be an excellent partner agency to work with. Clients have been over the moon with the results they have helped drive. An example could be a reduction in spend of 25% purely through efficiency savings alone!

They are always accessible, at the end of the phone (or Skype), proactive with reporting which is fantastic - I never have to ask for a report because I know they will be there within a day or so of the month ending.
