I had a very special event organised and had booked a Rolls Royce to take myself andf my wife to the event. Unfortunately I got a Bently 4 x 4 and NOT a Rolls Royce. After emailing back and forth I was offered a £75.00 refund and an unspecified discount on a future booked, I rejected this and eventually was given (not agreed to by me) a £200.00 refund against a £325.00 booking for a car I didn't get which I have to say really marred what should have been a special start to a special event. Would I use them again? No way!!! I even checked the day before to ensure that everything was fine. The reason given was that the Rolls Royce was involved in what was a minor accident the night before but the picture I was shown was in daylight!!! No prior notification was given despite them having all of my contact detail so never had the opportunity to make alternative arrangements.

Fantastic service, the chauffeur driver was on time and smartly dressed. They've got nice cars, wow.

My wife a good time with company, however, the driver delayed for a while. But in the end he apologized and everything went very normal. My wife nearly became upset and suggested we should get ourselves a taxi, lol. A ll of a sudden, the car appeared from no where and took us to our place safely. All is well, you can do better next time guys.

Awesome work guys. I will book you again next week for another trip with my beautiful wife. Since we have both decided to take time off our busy schedule to relax. the first trip with your company was absolutely incredible, never to be forgotten.

My husband and i contracted them for our wedding. They gave us a good price for 2 cars, one for the bride and the other for the bridesmaid. The driver was there on time and he was very professional. It was a good service and would always recommend to friends and family.

I have given up complaining to them about my daughters wedding day fiasco as they just blame their sub contractor and refused to give a refund or tackle the disgraceful service in any way. What happened? My daughters wedding day last March. The driver didn't park near the house, she had to walk down a London street in her wedding dress IN THE RAIN. The driver didn't even meet her with an umbrella. We paid £300 for ONE trip from Notting Hill to Chelsea Registrars for a Rolls Royce Phantom with trimmings. An old white RR arrived, no flowers in it, no champagne as promised and the driver must have taken the day off from his bus driving job - didn't even get out of the vehicle at the Registrars even though it was still raining. All booked through the Manager of M25 Chauffeurs yet when I emailed and complained afterwards he said it was all the sub contractor, nothing to do with them. Perhaps they are fine for mini cab service. Don't use them for a special occasion. Oh, and NO refund given.

I have been using M25 Chauffeurs on a corporate level for years now and always find them to have first class quality vehicles available. With a short notice, the drivers are well turned out and very professional with all our clients. The booking and payment process are very fast and easy and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend M25 Chauffeurs to anyone as I have done so on many occasions!

We used M25 Chauffeuring for our wedding. The communications prior to the big day were really helpful, friendly and clear with a simple payment system. On the day itself, the service was impeccable and both vehicles were immaculate. Pick ups were right on time (and willing to wait for us who were not!) and the drivers were even happy to drop off overnight bags at our hotel. I would definitely recommend M25 for your special event!
